Michel Mercier Women's Wood Crafted Detangling Hair Brush for Thick Hair, Black

I had the previous version (blue brush) for thick hair. I loved it until the plastic seam broke causing it to split in half. I was sad to throw it out especially since it isn’t biodegradable. So I’m in love with the natural look and feel of the wood. Less plastic = less waste! The only downside is that it’s challenging to clean product buildup, but what brush isn’t? It’s still a huge improvement from the last version and I recommend to all the natural thick hair beauties!

I have thick, Natural curly hair past my waist, this brush is a game changer. I no longer dread my hair getting tangled. I lose very little hair to this brush.Problem solved.

I love this brush. I did have the plastic version but it broke, so I upgraded. Definitely worth the money. And I have really long thick hair that does not hurt to brush anymore.Update- This brush has now completely fallen apart. Save your money and get the Conair detangler brush instead. It was nice while it lasted.

Works pretty good for thick hair but the product didnt mention anything about whether or not the hair needed to be straight or curly for best results. I am using it for curly hair and it is very different than the green and black brush.

I have really thick, curly/wavy hair. This is the first brush I've found that will actually brush through my hair without snagging constantly. I wish I had found this brush years ago!
