XM Satellite Radio Amplified Outdoor Antenna

This is the second XM radio antenna I have purchased. The other was a TURK antenna. It works just fine also, but I chose this one because of the cheaper price. Truth be known, it's just as good as the other as far as receiving my channels. The reason for two antennas is because I wanted to take my XM radio out to my shop in order to listen during the day. I have a portable Pioneer Enno 2 and I just got another home cradle dock and stereo Y-connector and with this antenna all I have to do is take the radio out of my house and put it in the cradle in my shop. I have a stereo set-up in the shop already. It would have been to far away for me to just hook on to the antenna for my home, so I got this instead. Works just great. It's also very easy to install. Seriously the best Sirius antenna I've found. I live in an oak tree infested neighborhood and have tried all of the Sirius branded antennas to no avail. This antenna gives me FULL signal from a not so optimal placement looking through several oak trees. I've had the antenna for some months now and can tell you it works flawlessly. If you're tired of crappy reception, get this antenna.P.S. This is the first time since amazon began, (yes, I'm that old) that I've felt compelled to actually write a review. I can't reccemend this antenna highly enough. It's just awesome!

Purchased to replace original receiver antenna because the original would drop the signal in heavy cloud conditions. This unit did better but still dropped in very heavy clouds. A little over a month ago (23 months after purchase) it began dropping the signal whenever it was in direct sunlight. If not for all the shade trees on the South side of my unit I would have no daylight reception

Bought this to improve my XM reception. Using the original equipment had very little antenna gain. Had to stand on one leg with my arm outstretched. This antenna is a bit large and I was worried how I was going to mount on my RV without much drilling.After I hooked it up I found that this antenna had enough gain to operate inside the RV without mounting outside. Signal was a solid 3 bars while the original equipment had 0-1. Huge difference in antenna gain.I will recommend this to anyone. Vendor performed very well also

Can I use this antenna on my truck I'm a over the road truck driver .the antenna that can with my radio sucks please help.

The antenna works great. I have a portable Sirius XM radio that I use out by my pool. The antenna that game with it was quite temperamental. The antenna I purchased from you solved the problem. Love it. Thanks.

Takes a bit of engineering to get cable through the wall, then install on the house to aim at satellite. Even with 50 feet of coaxial, signal went from 1 shaky bar to 3 solid bars.

Using an SRH2000 XM home radio, in an office, when the building does not allow to mount and antenna, and you can use streeming via DSL is a challange.The audiovox ext. antenna did not pick enough signal. This device does work, mounted in the cealing without addinitinal emplifier.
