Love it
I love this desk and topper. My only issue was with the delivery process and after fully unwrapping the topper hutch we found a gouged area. We ended up fixing it and putting a plant over it as it would have been too much hassle to return and reorder.

Poorly Constructed
The finish was pathetic, deep scratches in several places like a knife had cut through the wood, one of the drawers is too small for the opening, and the drawers do not have glides installed to make a smooth opening. It is just wood against wood opening the drawers. One of the tray drawers is cut unevenly across the bottom of the drawer leaving a gap. It is just a piece of crap!Contacted the manufacturer and they promised to get back to me within 48 hours, which was 10 days ago. To say I am disappointed in Martin Furniture is putting it mildly.

does not fit desk
The quality of this top is far below the quality of the desk. The most disappointing thing is the size of the top is 70 inches wide and the desk is 66 inches wide,(2 inches overhang on each side). Your picture is not at all accurate , your photo actually shows the top slightly shorter than the desk. Finally the colors do not match. We were so excited to get this unit set up that we discarded all the packing or I would return the top

Looks good for home office
Good looking desk and seems solid. Drawers slide easily so far. Wish they had a matching credenza.
