Connected Apparel Women's Cap Sleeve Gathered Dress

This crochet-overlay dress is a simple yet elegant addition to my wardrobe. I wore it to a rehearsal dinner with a black bolero and black heels, and it looked great. It's relatively flexible and lightweight, not structured, so although much less formal, it's comfortable without others being able to notice. The teal green underneath pops just enough with the black crochet to create some visual appeal without being tacky. My skin is very light, so it "popped" against my skin very well. I'm 5'5.5", 140lbs, 34D, and kept the size 10 because it was just slightly smaller than expected and fit perfectly without being stretched or baggy, just elegant, fitting well under my arms. If you have a little tummy it won't completely hide it, but wearing pantyhose with a control top or other shapewear would likely do the trick. All in all, a good dress that isn't too formal that is comfortable and well worth the $25 price tag I paid.

Beautiful dress, hugs all the curves in all the right places, but just a tad bit too small for me as I am large busted and also have large hips, so I need to go up a size. I just wish they had it in petite sizes so it would be a little shorter on me, but I like it so much that I'll have it hemmed. I'm only 5'0 and 127lbs for a size 8, so hope that helps others figure out the right size for them. It is nice material and not see through at all. I have already ordered a size up to replace this one which I have already returned.

I love this dress, I bought it as a work dress, but because of the silver accent at the keyhole, I think it would also be nice for a date night. The Connected dresses are great because the material is wrinkle proof, machine washable, the wrap style is flattering even if you're a little overweight. I got complements on the dress the first day I wore it.

It's perfect! I'm a solid size 10 after 4 kids - 5'5" 160. The dress fit perfect with room to breathe. I bought it for my son's wedding as a back up dress, paired it with silver heels and a necklace. The fabric is soft, flowy and faltering!

Exactly as described/pictured and good quality! Unfortunately, I saw the exact thing for $20 less at Burlington Coat Factory a week later. Oh well!

I ordered my size, 10, and it fit perfectly! The material is great and hugs all the right places. I ordered it for a wedding rehearsal dinner, but i will definitely use it for work too. This was my first time ordering a dress on Amazon so I was a little worried, but I'm super pleased with it, especially for the price! Definitely recommend.

It runs a bit long and a tiny bit loose I'm going to see how much it will be to get adjusted other than that I'm very happy with it :)

I like it but I gave it 4 stars because it hugs tight and shows through if you have some chubby areas, they will show.
