This is just a strong hanger away from being a 5 star product. The hanger is only a straight piece of wire that is sew into the top of the organizer. You cannot remove it to replace it with a heavier hanger without having to re-sew the opening you would have to make. The other annoying thing is that the thin hanger is a swivel top. Usually not a problem but the design of this hanger makes you have to hold the top (curved) part of the hanger to hang it up, as the swivel attachment is loose and the gooseneck part of the hanger flops around. It does swivel, when you pull it towards you from the closet rod. But you must keep downward pressure on the organizer or the swivel allows the hanger flop off the rod. Then you are back to getting hold of the gooseneck part and rehanging. I had a couple of my lighter weight earrings fall out when this happens. The heavier earrings seemed to stay in the pockets, but remember the panic when it falls off the rod. The design of the pockets is a big help with the items not falling out. They are designed to be top and bottom almost overlapping. With the exception of the 4 larger pockets on the one side. The 2 large pockets in the center are more open, as if made for a large necklace. I don't know if the 2 were made on purpose or not.Unfortunately, the hanger started to bend after a week or so, even though I attempted to make the weight the same on both sides (left to right, front and back).This is still a product that can be used for craft materials. Sewing needles, bobbins, a variety of materials that are not heavy.The organizer can also be used for lightweight jewelry. But I have bracelets that have caret weights in stones of over 900, this organizer cannot take the weight, and the only problem is the hanger. I may attempt to find a way to get a heavyweight hanger installed.But again, the product is made of good materials. The canvas is good, the clear vinyl is heavyweight. The hanger is the problem.Would I purchase this again, as is?, no. Would I purchase it if the hangar was upgraded, most definitely.

I bought this in Canvas before two months and it was so sturdy and durable so i order two more for my daughter. It was cheaper than prev but i thought that i m getting a deal.Today what i get is totally different material than prev. This is NOT canvas but its a nonwoven cloth which is not sturdy. Colour is also darker and pickets seems smaller. Here i posted pics so that u can see the difference between textures and colour. Mine r going back without even opening it. The package is also plastic bag without name while prev one came in brand bame package.Beware, this lot is different and cheap.

This is Junk. Its not Canvas and the people posting pics and positive reviews are not showing the pic of what I got! This is cheap tissue type material they make shoe covers out of. The plastic is so flimsy where they stitched it its tearing already at the seams. I ordered it direct through prime and it arrived on time today really needed it. Its awful the hanger is awful. Another frustrating return that is not what is described or shown in pics. AVOID there are much better products out there.

Anyone who owns a lot of jewelry shares the same problem. How to store them. Sadly and oddly I haven't found any product in the market to meet all the needs. So far I found 5 types.1.Jewelry cabinet :Usually a wooden furniture with many drawers and doors. Eats up lots of space and you got to open every single of compartments to see your jewelry. Basically a big version of a jewelry box so has the same problem. You end up wearing the same jewelry that you see nearby.2.Standing mirror with jewelry storage compartment :It's a pretty smart solution. Space saving too. The only problem is if you have more jewelry than its capacity you are going to end up storing the rest somewhere else and you know well that they will not be worn often and forgotten eventually. lol3.Jewelry box :I have this. Many problems. +You got to find a spot to put this bulky thing on. If that spot is far from your dress mirror,you'll find yourself going back and forth endlessly whenever you go out. I never use the bathroom mirror in case I drop the jewelry into the sink. I don't use the small mirror on the box lid either. I have to lower my back and can't even see if it goes well with my clothes. +All those deep and narrow space and corners in the box......very hard to see and find what you have. Let's say if you have 100 jewelry...then inevitably you'll end up using only 10 of them.4.Jewelry drawer :My sister uses this system using an empty chocolate box or a divided organizer. I guess it's pretty good but not for me since I don't have any drawer for it.5.On the wall using hangers or hooks :I don't like the idea of my jewelry being exposed to all the dust and moisture(I use a humidifier everyday). And how about the ones that are not easy to hang? Besides I have a cat. It's like a disaster waiting to happen.And this. Canvas pocket hanging organizer.-Pros: Very easy to see and find. All those little divided pockets? Love them. No more tangled jewelry. It's organizing for you. And a small protection from dust and moisture. Pockets front and back with almost no wasted area and can hang on the wall? Very space saving. Convenient to add another one depends on the amount of jewelry you have. Moving often? Just fold it and you go. Price? A fraction of other options.-Cons: It's not an eye sore but can't say it looks pretty in the room either. I hang inside of the closet door. Pockets are small for a big jewelry.The reason I choose this over other pocket hanging organizers is that it has most pockets and the overall design and the canvas material makes it a little less uglier than a vinyl one.**Update: Because the pocket has nothing to prevent the contents from falling from it if you are not careful you might lose some of your jewelry and not even know it. In the previous review I said something about fold and go....Don't.

Es de buena calidad, esta grande, y el material es bonito, pero mi expectativa era diferente porque ya tenía un accesorio así pero tenía cierres en todos los compartimientos, lo cual era increíble porque tenía las cosas seguras, con este, si se llega a caer, pues ya se revolvieron las joyas y lo peor, se pueden perder los accesorios. En conclusión, tendré que poner velcro o cierre o a ver que se me ocurre.

It's a great size with a lot of compartments, but I wish that they were of varied sizes for different items (e.g. some larger for necklaces/bracelets/large earrings and smaller for studs). I ended up putting two pairs of studs per compartment. It arrived quickly and in good shape and it fits easily in the closet--it's not bulky at all. Nice out-of-sight way to organize your jewelry, but not easy to take a look at your jewelry if your closet is very full! I like that there are a lot of pockets on each side (I only filled up one side) so that I can easily glance at all of my jewelry at one time.

I don't really like it. The pockets are quite small. Mostly for earrings or a small bracelet. A few larger pockets for larger pieces.I have a very small closet and it's hard to get into. I thought this would help.Sometimes it comes off the hanger. Or when I'm turning it over to view the other side, some items fall out.It's ok. It's supposed to be a space saver....but you actually need a large enough closet to be able to maneuver it.

I needed a new system to store my jewelry where everything is laid out and visible so I won't forget what I have. I put a 3M hook to the inside of my closet door to display all my jewelry. Both sides have plenty of small pockets enough to fit rings, earrings and bracelets. Only the bottom row on each side are big pockets that can fit chunkier necklaces. I wish there were a few more big pockets. If you have very chunky, large statement necklaces, those big pockets might not fit. But for what it's worth, this has been a great way for organizing most of my jewelry!

This was a great purchase. It hardly takes up any space in my closet. I love the plastic compartments so that I can see where I've put my jewellery pieces. It's double-sided and there are 80 compartments for lots of earrings and bracelets. At the bottom, the pockets are a bit bigger for your larger jewellery like necklaces. It is very lightweight and the price was amazing. I would definitely buy again.
