Buyer BEWARE! Do not expect customer service..
The unit itself works fine but was sent with a very cheap power cord with an adaptor to use in the USA. I contacted Sound Labs simply to ask how i can purchase another cord. Not even asking for them to supply it- after a couple of emails back and forth he tells me to use whatsapp to contact him. I don't have and don't plan to get an app so a vendor can answer a simple question. No answer at all to my 3rd email To be honest, I don't think they u8nderstand English well enough to deal with American customers.

Excellent Quality! Excellent Sound!
As I begin my journey into Indian music via the sitar, I needed a background drone to follow along. This device is perfect, adjustable, and well constructed! Very happy purchase!

Not the exact model I ordered, but it works
As you can see in my first photo, the unit I received is significantly different in appearance from the model I ordered. I happen to like the colorful design, and I am assuming the features are the same as the one I paid for, but I can't be sure. In any event, I don't like having the product switched like this without being notified or giving approval. Also, it came with a European 3A 250V plug and no converter was included to adapt it to a USA 120V outlet (see second photo, that shows the adaptor I had to buy separately). So I had to spend another $6 on an adaptor and wait another 2 days before I could use it. It does work fine off of 120V with the converter. I suggest the company include a converter when sending these to USA addresses. Also requiring separate purchase was a set of eight rechargeable AAA batteries. As a digital tanpura/tabla, it works great and accompanies me during my bansuri practice.

Good
As I would get in India. Came well packaged and with adapters for US plugs. Although, there were some scruff marks, but it is working well so far!

Not good. Also
I've only had it a few months and the speaker peaks and distorts. if the tabla volume is much above 15. Not good. Also, the line out doesn't work. Another problem: switching on the tanpura setting while drumming is in progress, restarts the rythym, knocking it out of sync.I feel like the best use you can get out of this is to record the drums and then loop/sample them.OK but not worth the money.
