Fit on a Marlin Model 60
Used this dovetail picatinny on my Model 60 to accommodate 28mm rings on a scope I purchased. It worked very well.

Not for air rifles
I ordered this for my Gamo swarm whisper .177 pellet rifle. My rifle comes with a dove tail mount. The scope that come with the gun was pure garbage so I decided to put my regular scope on this gun but it had picatinny mount rings so I needed a dove tail adapter. I attached this adapter, and found it to sit square and sturdy. I attached my scope and had it zeroed in in 3 shots and then it happened..... With every shot the adapter would slide back a 1/16th of a inch. So I decided a little blue locktite would solve this issue. We'll guess what, it did not. After 50 more shots the adapter fell off my rifle and has been thrown in the parts bin. If this is happening off a back yard blinker, I can only imagine how it would fair on a rifle off higher caliber and recoil. Do yourself a favor and keep on looking! The monstrum adapter works absolutely perfect and comes with a lock pin!
