Received wrong product
I received a wrong product. It was like pen . This is completely different. The pore heads are too big. I can't even return it. Very disappointing.

This is really amazing! It works really well... I've tried this It gives nice smooth skin and cleans out the pores well..U can get rid of blackhead and small facial hair by using it.

Not working
The black head remover i received is not working ...so i need to return it...but not getting any help from amazon ,please help me sort out the issue...coz this is very disappointing

The package delivered didn't contain the used manual and USB cable. Looks like a used one.
The product delivered was incomplete. There isn't any USB cable to charge it or a user manual as was mentioned on the product while buying it.
