Good buy
Good buy , perfect replacement on grasshopper trailing replacing . Not too bad to change but need some good tire spoons at the least, it’s a quality tire .

Good quality.
Tire was as expected. Another review suggested leaving in sun prior to installation and I found this to be most helpful. I placed the wheels mounting bolt in my vice and used it to hold the rim while removing and mounting tire which really seemed to help.

No more flat tires when going to mow!
Don’t worry if it shows up looking warped, just put it on and air it up, it will level out. Great tires easy to install, cheaper than buying rim assemblies, no more flat tires when I go to mow!

Stop shipping the tires tightly wrapped in tape instead of just putting them in a box.
I would have given five stars but I was not pleased that the tires were taped together tightly instead of being put in a box like they should have been in the first place, it really made more work for me to get the tires warmed up and stretched out before i mounted them but I got them mounted and look good. (P.S. I am a professional mechanic with all the tire tools available in my shop so very easy to mount.)

Works fine!
I have learned to use bead sealer on the front swivel tires of my riding mowers. Check it out.

Beefy Tires Put Up a Fight But Were Worth the Wrasslin
When it came time to replace the worn out tires on my ol' mustang 50 zero trun mower, I picked up a set of Carlisle 13x5-6 straight rib tires. But little did I know these beefy boys weren't gonna go on without a fight! After wrestlin' for what felt like 40 days and 40 nights, I came to respect the tough, sturdy construction of these tires. My scrawny arms were no match tryin' to stretch these rubber stallions onto the rim. The thick tread and reinforced sidewalls had some mighty fine rigidity!Eventually I cried uncle and took my tires down to the shop. Those pros made quick work swappin' the tires out. Reckon I'm not the burly tire man I thought I was! While they were a beast to install, these Carlisle tires have treated my mower right ever since. They grip the grass nice on all types of terrain without leavin' bald tracks. The rigid tread means I won't be replacing them again anytime soon neither. So if you need brawny garden tires that'll stand the test of time, get yourself some Carlisles. Just make sure you've got your big boy pants on and a shop handy for backup! They'll put up a good fight, but it's worth the battle.

Great
JD 915E: UPS lost the first set and Amaon sent a replacement in two days. Local tire shop wanted $15 each to install (which I declined). One hour- start to and finish. However, I am fortunate enough to have a large bench vise to break the seal and then hold the rim. I also have a collection of pry bars. I have had other smaller tires which were much more difficult. Hopefully these last longer than the OEM tires which were 8 years to dry rot.
