Great portable computer for school. It’s super fast, light and has a usb port which I love. Sound is great and the battery lasts a long time. For the price, this was a bargain!

Very good item had a good price

I got this Chromebook after I messed up my Surface Go 2 and needed an emergency work device. For a refurbished unit, this is a good device. Because of its low specs, I would only recommend it for basic educational use and light office use (email, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, interneting on the couch, and virtual meetings). I teach, so I have yet to test out the performance in a medium sized virtual Zoom classroom. 1:1 meetings have been fine. This unit came with 4GB of RAM and a Quad-Core Mediatek processor. The total internal storage is 32GB, but only about half of that is available because of the operating system. However, I'm ok with that since I already use Google storage for both personal and work stuff. Pros -Good battery life (9-11 hours listed on the system tray, which is good for a refurbished unit). -No loud or warm fans. -Good travel machine. The battery life, size, and low price make it a good choice to travel with. -Able to use multiple google accounts (personal/work) by only using one login. -ChromeOS is very basic, but because it's based on a secure Linux base, I feel very good about security from malware, its fast 7-10 second boot-up time, and how it makes it easier to just focus on work and not get distracted like I would on my regular laptop. -Linux and Android apps are available, but I decided to forego those in order to avoid bloating the machine and because my work needs are restricted to office software (docs/sheets/presentations) and teleconferencing. -Software updates will be available until 2030. Cons -Unit came with a defective headphone jack. However, that was easily resolved by using my Bluetooth headphones. Speakers also work fine. -This unit did not include HDMI/SD ports shown in the pictures. -The RAM is soldered so you can't upgrade it. 4GB of RAM seems fine for basic tasks, but I'm afraid that might be stress tested when I have to run a large meeting and share media. The jury is out on that one. For $75, I can't complain. So far I like ChromeOS and its slimmed down approach to computing. It's a great secondary computer.

Don't waste time with refurb'ed this is prime example. Two uses in, this thing is a battery monster. Holds charge for an hour tops and after maybe 3 recharges no longer charges. You get what you pay for, DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH OLD CHROMEBOOKS. Spend the extra 100 and keep best buy in business LOL.

I don't think the actual item was the issue, however, upon receiving it just did not work whatsoever. Neither the mouse clicker nor the keyboard allowed Input. It was refurbished in "excellent" condition so unless Im a complete moron, it did not live up to that rating.

This is a great computer for my kids to use for remote school. It is very light weight. Arrived right on time for shipping! I will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Worked fine until it lost the use of a wireless mouse.

So tiny and cute easy to use

Garbage. Key fell off first day, sticky keys and screen crapped out after a month

So far so good it seems to be operational on the default level.

Reçu en bon état et propre. Il a pratiquement l’air neuf! Le seul problème était la stabilité de la caméra qui faisait défaut; d’où l’importance de faire test plus approfondi mais ce n’était rien de dramatique pour le moment. Je n’ai eu aucun problème à le retourner.
