I've been waiting for a book like this for a very long time to the point where I had started asking for the recipe when I was at some of these restaurants.I've recommended the book to many of my friends and they now have it too. I first saw it advertised on "Good Morning America."Excellent book!!Some of my FAVORITES include:---Garlic Mashed Potatoes------Applebee's---Baby Back Ribs and Southwestern Egg Rolls------Chili's---Original Recipe Fried Chicken-----KFC---Salad Dressing----Olive Garden (THE BEST!!!!!!!!)---Cheddar Biscuits----Red Lobster---Jack Daniel's Dipping Sauce----T.G.I. Friday's (MY OTHER BEST!!!!)As you can see, I have many favorites. I'm so glad this book came along.

So far we've had the Hard Rock Cafe Baked Potato Soup and the Red Lobster Cheese Biscuits. I served the soup at a women's luncheon and everyone wanted the recipe. It is definitely the best potato soup I've ever had or made. The recipes are easy to follow and both items came out exactly as I would expect them. I highly recommend this book. If I were forced to leave some negative comment I guess it would be that they don't have the recipe for PF Chang's garlic noodles. Seriously, it is a terrific book. I gave three away for Christmas and everyone who received them is also raving. Good job!

Easy to follow recipes. I was able to make fast food style meals.

This book was recommended to me by a friend. I was definitely not disappointed. I made the Lemon Cream Cake from the Olive Garden and it was a fabulous hit with the family on Easter. It is easy and absolutely delicious. I am so anxious to try several of the other recipes in the book. I received my order in just a few days and was extremely happy with Amazon. I look forward to the second volume to order in the summer. I would recommend this book to anyone. I gave a copy to all of my kids at Easter and they were thrilled.

Frankly, I bought it for the Red Lobster biscuit recipe, and discovered that I had already figured it out. Not much that you probably don't already know how to fix anyway. Quite a bit of Applebees (best tip: add a cup of cider vinegar to the ribs when you pre-boil them), but watching Tyler on the Food Channel will let you know what to do. I was glad to see the recipes for Boston Market, since they make some of the best side dishes ever. But how to make a burrito from Taco Bell? If I craved one badly enough to make one at home, I'd send a child down to the drive through. Cracker Barrel's baby lima beans instead of hash brown casserole was a disappointment. You think you're getting actual secret recipes; you don't really.

NOW I can duplicate the Boston Market meatloaf RED SAUCE!!! And IT WORKS!!!!!

There are a lot of good recipes in it just what I was looking for.

I have had one of these books before and lost track of it. I love them as they have recipes from famous places.

Love this book...living in Scotland its great to have recipes from all my fav places in America....made the Panda Express Orange chicken and it tasted just like the original....will be getting more of these books...
