Fit my Samsung WF338
So far, so good. Performed surgery on my 18 years old Samsung WF338 today and it went two cycles since and - well, finders crossed. Piece fit perfectly, no particular issues in changing the pieces out - just followed the YT videos. I was delighted that in addition to fixing the “nd” error, it also got rid of the weird noise at the start of each cycle.

Get your washing machine working again
Worked great on my Samsung washing machine and was a relatively easy installation. Make note of the orientation of the hose positions when removing the old defective pump and the replacement will go smoothly. If you have water in machine because the pump died you can use a shop vacuum to suck out the water by attaching to the drain hose. It was surprising how much water remained in my washer and it needed to come out before the washing machine could be moved for servicing. Great price and functionality.

Good value
I needed a new pump fast. The old pump had completely failed and ordering a pump from an online repair site was outrageously expensive, even more than ordering it directly from Samsung. I ordered this one on Amazon and it looks just like the one I took out, except it works.

6 months of use and so far no problems yet! Fingers crossed.
It at least "seems" same quality as OEM. Pain to install, I hope it lasts. I ordered 8/16/25, so if it ever breaks, you can be CERTAIN that I will UPDATE THIS REVIEW... until then, do the math on when I bought it and today's date, that is how long mine has lasted (so far)!
