Set of 7Pc Door Lock Cylinder Barrel Repair Kit for BM.W E46 Series 323i 325i 328i 330i 330Ci M3 Front Left Right Side

The parts were of decent construction and finish.Several pieces of the kit were either too tight or too loose. Compared to the parts from my car, the machining was different on several pieces. I couldn't put my lock back together with the kit provided. I am returning this kit and will attempt the repair with a different I will leave another comment when I get to the bottom of this.Perhaps my driver-side door lock is different from most 3 series? Perhaps a previous owner replaced the lock mechanism in my BMW with parts from another BMW, like a 5 series, or an X3??

This assembled easily. The metal felt light but did assemble well at a reasonable price as long as it lasts awhile.

This fixed my e46 door lock it would just spin and spin and it’s a very straight forward diy with some YouTube videos

Overall, it is an excellent easy to install kit; the only issue I encounter casting inside was a little bit overcast and didn't fit. I need to use a round file and take some material off so It could work. Other than that, is perfect fit.

Had to file the inner diameter some. Pretty much just the casting marks.

The casting is awful for the inner components. I see other reviews talking about how they had to file down their lock cylinders to fit them and still giving 5 star reviews. Well here’s a 1 star review. This lasted not even 5 minutes before it shattered just like the last one.
