Bought this during the Covid lockdown, and it was so refreshing to find workout bands that weren't a complete ripoff! This band (red) is nice and thick, and d doesn't lose tension with repeated use. The handles are thick and padded. I'm only knocking off a star because 1. You can't detach the handles from the band to use with other bands (it's a shame they don't sell a set -- the quality is fantastic) and 2. It's unclear what weight this is meant to be -- I'm guessing about 20 to 30 pounds. Door holder does the job, but is basic. All in all a great product and I wish they were selling sets -- I'd buy!

I own several exercises band that I regularly use but this particular product with a handle is a what I have been looking for so as soon as I found it on Amazon, I didn’t hesitate to buy it. I had tried it as soon as I received it and I could tell that having a handle is making a difference. It provide comfort and stability while using it during exercises routine. It feels sturdy as well when I tried it with some weights exercises to tackle my arm muscles. So far so good, I have enjoyed using it and iI can feel it’s working too. Thumbs up!

Really good and cheaper than the gym

Great set up for home use! After a friend recommended resistance bands for use at home on days I can't get down the gym, I gave these a go. Have to say I'm really surprised by how many different ways you are able to use the band to work out the muscle groups. The set includes the door anchor that allows you to position the band's at any height to get the correct angle for your needed pull! The sets well mad, the handles are a big plus point, being comfortable in the hand! Have been able to find exercises to cover all the muscle groups including legs! Definitely worth while owning a set if you can't or don't want to hit the gym!

Item arrived on time. Chose this one for price and fact that the door accessory came with it. Didn’t open it straightaway but when I did I was shocked by the fact that it is a rubbery tube ( as opposed to an elasticated cord)attached to two handles. Not sure how solid it will be hence the 3 stars for now. I will report back when I have actually used it.

Decided to get fit so bought this resistance band and so far is really good....time will tell if it works!!

I must admit I was cynical, having always used weights before but with restricted space I thought I’d give them a go. I needn’t have worried because the resistance (depending on how you stand on the band) is certainly enough to give you a decent workout, and raise your heartbeat. I have also gained muscle in a relatively short time, which is borne out by healthy weight gain.

Il est livré avec un petit guide qui est d’ailleurs téléchargeable sur Internet sur leur site atemi sports. Je suis très contente de mon achat. Il présente aussi un accessoire pour le coincer dans les portes et pouvoir faire plus d’exercice qu’avec d’autres.
