Incredible old school cologne type scent, which is a good thing! This isn't a light, anybody can make, same old citrus or floral run of the mill type scent. This is a complex, deep, and extraordinarily well thought out formulated creation that will make your morning!

I had already used the Seville scent of the B&M, so I knew how wonderful the Glissant base's cushion and protection is and what a close shave you get from using it. I have very hard water and it works great despite that. But this scent is heavenly as well as being complex - it smells of money and class. The lemon, bay, and violet are immediately prominent but the overall effect is one of warmth, dignity, refinement, and relaxation. Certainly less the traditional "barber shop" than Seville and more a cologne. But what a wonderful cologne it is! B&M has a customer for life.
