We are very pleased with this purchase and this company! It arrived quickly and we had extra screws, nuts and washers and 3 allen wrenches which is typically what is missing. Putting it together was a bit tricky but only because some of the plastic was inside the holes which made it a little difficult to get the screws in . Once we figured this out, and checked the holes and removed the plastic, assembly went smoothly. We encountered a problem with one of the bars being too short. I contacted the company. They responded immediately and I had the replacement bar within 6 days! That is excellent customer service which is rare!!!!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious 6 person bar height outdoor table and chairs. It is well made and the wood top is gorgeous! We are very satisfied with this purchase!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my new patio reno. I wanted tall and black. This was about the only thing I could find, so I tried it. It was a PAIN to assemble. Hours on the chairs because holes don't line up. The table was a mess. But I got it all together, and I like it. I do find it oddly tall. I am 5'3", and the table comes up to my clavicle. Seriously! And when I'm sitting in the chairs they seem too low for how tall the table is. I feel like a kid trying to eat at the adult table haha. The only other bother is the way the table is designed, you can't put an umbrella in it. I was going to drill a hole through the wood for one, but the cross beams for support are in the center of the table with no way to move pieces to make it work. Overall, I'm satisfied. Picture is of how far off the pieces are when putting the chairs together. I had to sit on it to push the pieces close enough to get the holes to line up.

I am glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews! I love this set so much! The assembly did take some time but the finished product is worth it!

The table itself was pretty easy to assemble. Chairs were terrible. The holes were not threaded properly. We could not get one full chair assembled. We tried to call their customer service. The front line customer service person is pretty much a go between and cannot really help you. They can only file a claim on your behalf. They told us someone would get back to us within 24 hours… it’s been 4 days. I tried chatting with a CSR and she told me someone would be getting back with me within 2 days…I won’t hold my breath. Table is decent… but the customer service alone would steer me away from ever purchasing anything from this company again.

Sturdy table and chairs. Comfortable, looks great on my porch.Good quality finished product. Packaged well to protect it from damage in transit.Assembly was tedious, but no more so than other furniture I have assembled. The biggest problem with assembly was that not all bolt holes were drilled clean. They lined up fine but I had to either pass a screwdriver through to remove the excess plastic or cut the plastic with a box cutter. Overall, not a major hurdle as I've dealt with worse.The instructions are easy to follow.

Set up the set looks good. The instructions are terrible and the construction are sub par. It took two people over 4 hours to set up. The holes don’t line up for the screws and the plastic easily snaps off. For the price I would look somewhere else

I was hesitant on purchasing this because sometimes you never know what you’re gonna get! BUT it is a good buy! This comes in 4 separate boxes. It looks overwhelming to assemble and the chairs actually took the longest. Overall, not bad and I sure didn’t want to do it! The seats are sturdy and comfortable and really light weight. The whole thing is light weight! The table is about 4 feet tall and there’s a lot of space for extra food to share on the table. That was one of my concerns was space. Hopefully my picture helps!

There’s no way to put this thing together with an Allen wrench. You need heavy duty drills and a navy seals team.It took two adults and about 12 solid hours to put together. The holes don’t line up, the instructions are horrible. They put plastic pieces covering the holes for no reason. Why, seriously why.The table is ridiculously high. It is a space saver and looks good after the painful, satanic, finger breaking assembly.Oh and the cushions are crap. One of the worst things I’ve ever had to put together and my house is filled with ikea and Amazon furniture. I wouldn’t buy this again unless it guaranteed my entry into heaven. Good luck.

Really nice set takes a long time to put together so grab a 6 pack and a friend

The holes don’t line up, the holes aren’t bing enough, the screws are easily stripped. This table takes at least three times as long to put together as you would expect. One chair (5 pieces and 16 screws) took over an hour before I ended up using different screws and a driver to make new holes. It does look nice and seems sturdy enough, just impossible to assemble without a lot of patience
