Let me preface by saying I'm technically challenged. The viewer works great after downloading the supporting software. The problems I'm having are probably related to my lack of knowledge with phone/tech issues. The company has been very helpful in providing email support. Wish they had a phone number, I'd feel better if a "live" person walked me thru some issues and answered my questions in real time. The pictures come up great and this gives me an idea of what's there "on the spot" so I can do in depth study on my lap top back in camp. A great tool for in the field viewing and much more convenient than carrying a viewer. Price is great. Friends with IPhone wish they had one. Again, to be fair, my problems are probably related to my lack if tech expertise since I can't edit or tag the photos. I have a Samsung galaxy S4 Active phone.

Love this!!!!! I used to go out to check my cameras with my netbook. It was hard to get around the woods and clunky to use. This card reader is awesome. It fits in my pocket with my phone, works quickly and effectively. I can see all my pics and video in perfect detail. I really like how easily I can manage my sd card with OverView. I can choose to keep, move, copy and delete files on the card. My phone recognizes the reader and card without hesitation and setup was a snap.I usually copy the contents of my trailer cams sd card to my phone, clear the sd card, plug it back into the camera, watch any video or look at the pictures the camera took, decide what I want to keep and then either post pics online or send them to my home computer.

Got two new g42ng stealth cameras. Had family here xmas day. set up both cameras in house and told no one they were there and active until 8:pm. Down loaded software to Droid Turbo plugged in BoneView Trail Camera Viewer, plugged in sd card and began showing covert photos of the family. some were very funny. The software was easy the Boneview Trail Camera viewer worked perfect. The Camera upstairs took 181 photos the one downstairs did 461 photos. Needless to say with Beer and Wine some photos were shall we say questionable. At the end of the night BoneView Viewer worked perfect. All photos except the very nice photos of the kids were deleted. none of the questionable ones were passed on. Thanks very much great product.

I downloaded the free software and it worked perfect on my Galaxy 4. The only problem I had was with my case which contains an extended battery. The pass through connector must have a bad pass-through connection. The unit would not be recognized with the phone in the case but it works perfect when plugged direct into the phone (phone case removed). Pretty handy to have in the field so you don't need to carry a clunky viewer unit or go back to your car with your computer. You can remove photos from the SD card with your phone too. Not just a viewer.

I wish I know about these reader years ago. They are great for checking a camera trap card with my phone. I can quickly check fov on cameras that don't have aiming displays or quickly check the card for items of interest. Works great on the Samsung Android S7 and Note 8. Able to save photos or videos of interest to the phone for sharing with others.

This is the best product ever. Wish I would have invented this SD Card Reader. My phone is an LG Stylo 4, which allows me to seemlessly flip from one picture to the next. Also I never downloaded an Ap, i.e. my phone works perfectly with this SD Card Reader without ever downloading an AP.

The media could not be loaded.  This is so handy when I am out checking my trail camera's. I can save the pictures or video's to a file on my phone. Talk about easy to share once they are on your phone! I also like that when I plug this into my phone that the program automatically opens. Then I can Save or Delete or leave on the card. This is a AWESOME product. Would make a GREAT gift too!! Highly Recommend!!

I got this for my dad and brother for the trail cam. I ask them how it works and their response is "fine". Great input. So I saw it lying on the table the other day and I just so happened to have an SD card in my purse. So without any instructions and never using this before, I just plugged the card into the reader and then into my cell phone. Worked great, even for someone who doesn't know what they are doing.

If you are a hunter and own trail cameras then you will want this sd card reader to view your trail camera photos and videos.This reader will not only save you time but will also save you from carrying clunky viewers and tablets to check your game cameras by using your phone that most of us carry anyway.The reader is packaged and boxed very nicely and comes with an instructional insert complete with pictures and easy to read directions.The reader is compact and lightweight but just wide enough that it makes the reader fit ergonomically in your hand. This helps to prevent the reader from slipping out of your hand while in the field and inserting your cards to read. If by chance it did slip out of your hand the color will make it easily retrievable.BoneView does not have their own app to use with this card reader but it is compatible with any file manager app you prefer to use. If you do not use a file manager app the instructions suggest using ES File Manager which I tired and it does work very well.The card reader along with ES File Manager is very fast and is compatible with all makes of SD cards. Transfer of my photos was instantaneous and easy to do on my Google Pixel 2.

Good product. Worked very easy. Only problem I had was, couldn't play videos from the card to the phone, could have been easily a app needed on my phone. Still trying to figure it out. Other than that it is good. Still happy with my purchase. Nice little case too.

I bought this as a gift and it wouldn’t connect to the phone. Called the company and they sent multiple cords directly to the house and trouble shooted the problem until we got it to connect (was an android problem but they fixed it). Now it works great and would most definitely recommend this and the manufacturer as they were extremely helpful and worked hard and fast to resolve the issue!

Used it a few times already in my note8 and my tablet. Was super easy to use, nice and small. Glad I made the choice to purchase this.

Thought this would be great to take out to the blind with me. Was extremely disappointed that I cannot swipe through images
