Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafer Cookies 6.3 Ounces (2 Pack (6 count))

Our entire family loves these. I use them for cheesecakes, mock tiramisu, banana cream pie crust....and of course we all eat them just the way they are out of the box. Our youngest loves to eat them by the BOX, which we're still attempting to curb. We're just lucky he isn't overweight and...gluten free means they don't inflame, then distend his belly like what happens when he eats gluten. I've ordered these 12 boxes at a time probably 4 or 5 times already this year. We mow through these. One of our oldest's friends across the street has 3 step siblings that have gluten issues in varying degrees. When they are in town visiting (they live on the west coast most of the time) they come over to play with their step sister because it is ONE place they know they can go that the snacks won't half kill 'em. Their house started to burn down one night and they all came over and we fed them gluten free vanilla wafers, gluten free granola bars, etc and turned on Peter Rabbit while the adults took care of business. It was the saddest thing ever, but...we were prepared. Yummily.

I got these because now that I have a gluten free diet there are some snack things I miss. These are so good and don't have that weird GF taste that some breads and cookies have. My husband usually makes a crying face when I share my GF things with him but he really liked these! He didn't realize they were GF until I told him to quit eating up my goodies.

Vanilla wafers are iconic. There is no way a gluten free vanilla wafer could compete with the real thing, but these are as close as it gets. I have not used them as a pie crust yet, but I am sure they will work well. The taste is good. The texture is slightly different. No complaints though. I am just so happy these are being made. I can’t wait to eat banana pudding with vanilla wafers again. Thank you!

I ordered three boxes of these from Amazon. I was disappointed in the packaging of these. The boxes were all taped together with shipping tape, and they got bounced around in the shipping box, so the boxes were in less than presentable shape and separating opening was a hassle!As far as taste goes, if you have to eat gluten free and have a sensitive tummy, then these are very satisfying. I suffer from SIBO, chronic gastritis, and wheat/dairy allergies. These are my go-to snack (I know with SIBO you should avoid carbs, but with the gastritis, it is difficult - those of you with gastritis know what I mean).As most of your know, when buying gluten free cookies, you risk chemically taste, sawdust taste, NO taste, etc. These wafers taste very close to the non-gluten free vanilla wafers so they are even appealing the rest of my family. I give these five stars for taste (subtract one star for the packaging issue)!

I can't eat wheat anymore due to a food allergy, so a lot of things that I used to eat aren't an option anymore. One of those things was vanilla wafer cookies until I found these. These are as good as, if not better than, the vanilla wafer cookies I at as a kid, when I could still eat wheat.I wish they were a bit cheaper, but considering how good they are, it's worth it to buy multipacks of them.

These are really good, crispy and a flavor that is quite surprisingly 'normal' tasting. Since going gluten-free, it can be a struggle to find vendors who consistently produce really good gluten-free items. Kinnikinnick is a gem and greatly appreciated.

We have been looking for gluten free vanilla wafers that tasted good.... and we found them. These were great! We used them for banana pudding so my daughter could have a GF dessert at Easter. It turned out great!

I've had so much trouble with my sweet tooth and trying to be gluten free and dairy free. It's been so hard because I can't eat much without getting a stomach ache or a horrendous headache. These are delicious just plain, but the only drawback is the price. Wish they were less expensive.
