Would be barred if I used the words that come to mind when commenting on this jacket. To say this jacket is water resistant is totally misleading. I used it for the first time today on my ShihTzu Sweep. An hours walk in a light shower was horrible for Sweet. The jacket absorbed the rain like a sponge. He would have been better off without it. He would of at least been able to shake of the shower. Instead, when we got home he was soaked through to the skin. After an intense dry with a towel he’s sitting next to me shivering. I had to give one star to leave a review. Totally undeserved. I’m sure it’s fine at keeping him warm when it’s cold. But in a shower it’s totally inappropriate. Unfortunately because he’s warn it once I can’t return it.Wouldn’t recommend and will go as far to say “AVOID THIS JACKET”

Bought the xxxl for my boxer cos none of the usual jackets would fit his chest. This one fit well, wasn’t tight, felt warm and looks like good quality. It’s day 1 but I am a pleased customer. Brilliant value for moneyEdited on 9 Oct 20. After some use the Velcro seems to have lost its hold but otherwise the product still held good.

Based on the measurements provided I ordered an XL for my 20kg staffie. She is on the skinnier (but muscly) side as shown in the picture but that size was far too small. The belly part was fine but if you have a dog with a strong chest as most staffies, the neck part is too tight. Had to return the first one and ordered an XXL which fits fine and what you can see in the photos. The sizing is crazy though, considering she is a medium sized dog. I had to pay £3.99 for the return though which is not great, so if you’re in doubt, I would go for a larger size. The coat feels warm and comfortable but 100% not waterproof. Easy to put on, only have to struggle with one leg to get through.

I bought two of these lovely coats for my Shih Tzu’s, in size M. Perfect fit for my dogs who weigh 8 & 9kg. The coats are very well made and will keep my furbabies really warm come wintertime. I really like that they have an opening for harnesses on the back. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Really love this coat, and so does my dog! Not suitable for male dogs though it covers all the tummy, so it keeps her tummy not only warm and dry, but clean too! Highly Recommended

When this coat arrived I loved the quality and feel but could tell immediately it wouldn't be water resistant, and sure enough it isn't, which means it needs to go straight into the washing machine otherwise you end up with a huge puddle of muddy water where it has been dripping. Which also means it needs washing after every walk unles you use it only for dry cold days.We measured our 5mth Bocker puppy correctly and whilst the length fits lovely the chest is saggy and lose.LOVELY COAT FOR DRY, COLD DAYS.

I bought based on measurements of my dog but the coat comes to pretty large in certain areas. I did contemplate returning for size down but I think size down wouldn't leave much room between front legs and neck. But is very wide around bottom end.However that aside.. I had her out in it today in the rain and sure enough it kept her dry! It got very dirty very quick but is easily washable and washes lovely aswell! If the sizing fitted better i would of given 5 stars but due to that it got the 4 :)

Reflective sections work, water resistant (not waterproof), feels well made and warm! Easy to put on my busy puppy and the price is amazing! We bought a medium and it’s a little big, but at 8 weeks I’m sure Griselda will fit it beautifully very soon!I’ve just bought this in yellow as I’m so impressed with how warm and cosy it is, how well made it feels and how easy it is! Based on some reviews, I’ve also bought a waterproof spray as it’s resistant to water but I want it to be nearer to waterproof for heavier rainfall and I don’t like other coats I’ve looked at for quality, warm and fit coverage anywhere near as much as this coat!
