I had been making yoghurt using store-bought goats milk and some probiotics of specific bacterial strains that I wanted (not traditional yogurt-making strains) and the texture had been quite runny. An acquaintance from Iraq told me that he made his yoghurt exclusively from powdered (cows) milk, and never had to strain it, as he could decide how thick he made up the milk. Since I wanted to use goat milk for the smaller, more human milk-like curds and lack of casomorphins, I tried this powdered goat's milk, added to the store bought goat's milk and the yoghurt turned out nicely set with no need to strain, so I had much more yoghurt volume, as it kept all the whey in there. I couldn't be happier and I'm looking forward to loads more experimentation with this wonderful tasting product. Thank you.

This is probably the most delicious milk I have tasted . I can't stand cow's milk (let alone it's so bad for health) and always go for goat 🐐 milk. Here in Greece we have many goats in villages and you have to take I to account that we have great quality goat milk here. So coming from a Greek, that these brothers from North France did a great job in drying this high quality milk . The taste exceeded my expectations. Doesn't smell at all for a goat milk it's perfect . I highly recommend for one who seeks the advantages of goat milk and having it in dry form. Alittle expensive to note but if you have it, give it a try. I hope the seller considers dropping the price a bit

Amazing! I’ve been having goats milk since childhood, this has got to be the best I’ve tasted! Yum!

I made this up as per instructions. I blended the milk powder and cold water in my smoothie maker and it mixed perfectly, BUT...on putting it in our coffee, there was a distinctly bitter taste. I have just wasted £89.99 for something I will not be able to use because of the bitter after taste. It tastes like dried skimmed milk for other purposes like making porridge or putting it in a soup but definitely not for coffee. The seller said I could send it back but it would have cost too much. I mix it with leftovers and bird food which I put out for the birds when it is cold. They scoff it down. I would not buy this again.
