Great Ramen Noodles!
The texture of these noodles are fabulous! You don't get a mushy soft noodle like overcooked pasta. They are nice and soft but have a perfect chewy texture which I really enjoyed. The flavor is mild because it's not loaded with sodium and chemicals. You can dress them up according to the liking of your preference. I added a bit of soy sauce because I like salty food. It was a n enjoyable and easy, comforting snack to make in 4 minutes! Next time I will add veggies or whatever I want like mushrooms! You can always add water and have more broth. I like the versitalty and will never buy the 50 cent packs again!

Bland, Bland, Bland!
These Ramen are extremely bland. The seasoning packet has no flavor, and what flavor there is doesn't absorb into the noodle at all. I hate wasting food, and I bought 5 flavors of this brand based upon the reviews, and so I have been trying to eat these up so that there is no food waste. I have had to doctor them with Tamari, and even then then, the noodles don't absorb the Tamari. I have finally decided to throw away all that I have left which is about 4 boxes worth of this Ramen. Will never buy this again.

Weak Miso
I wanted to pretend these were healthier, but of course the noodles are the same quickly digested carbs no less dangerous to a diabetic than any other brand organic or not organic. But the only reason I was dissatisfied is the little packet of miso powder is insufficient to make the "soup" taste anything like hot water that got a small amount of dust in it. I've had to use my own bullion to turn it into something with flavor.

bland
very bland-even stole an additional flavor pack from one of the other packages with only slight improvement in taste. The noodles were about all I could taste. Least flavorful ramen I've ever tried.

Bland!
Plan on adding more flavoring ginger, black pepper, garlic powder, sesame oil or you will be disapointed. I love Ramen this is just not tasty, glad no MSG but they need to work on making it more tasty right out of the bag. I add a few frozen green peas and a swirl of beaten egg then a dash of soy sauce, now we have soup!

They're Grreeaatt!
These are a great alternative to Maruchan, which are fried ramen noodles. If you are like me and love ramen noodles, but hate the fact that there's a ton of fat (which is 14 grams per pack and 1660 mg of sodium for chicken flavor), try these. I drain the water from my noodles and season them. I do not eat it as soup. I use half of the seasoning pack and a couple of spritzes of liquid aminos (tastes like soy sauce). It ends up having 1 gram of fat and about 50% less sodium, and is very tasty. Now those like me who like to cut some fat and salt can have their ramen noodles and eat them, too! ; D. Ohh Haapppyyy DaayyyNow if only someone will make a Snickers with one gram of fat. : (

Now Added Sugar!?
Ruined a perfectly good product and lost a customer by adding sugar. The product in the packaging pictured did not have added sugar. Now it comes in new packaging with added sugar! Can’t use it—can’t return it. Very disappointed!

Too too mild of flavor!
I tried it just as directed, hmm hardly any flavor. The next time I added my own ingredients and spices in with the noodles in the pot and it made it taste better plus both ways no salty taste at all!Would I get it again? No
