This shirt fit perfectly and is great quality. I wore it to FanX yesterday in Salt Lake City and got a lot of compliments on it. I am 6'1 and about 220 lbs and the L was a perfect fit. I especially like how the Starfleet insignia is not a sewn on patch, but a metal pin. Definitely recommend this for your Kirk cosplay!

So, obviously, the fabric has the print to ape a texture, but isn’t really textured (flat fabric is less expensive). You can tell that from the pics, so it’s not like they’re misleading you. It’s a soft fabric, sturdy, a little stretchy, well sown. The hens are nice and collar is thick. I adore the badge, it’s actually metal, a detachable pin (so you could put it on either side, or even wear it with something else). Vibrant color. We went to a Star Trek exhibit at a museum and people kept thinking we worked there.

For a costume shirt, it has a nice appearance. Has an athletic cut to it so be careful on size. Fairly narrow through the midsection and tight through the deltoids and pecs right where the ribbon seam runs from neck to armpit. Neck opening is very small. I tore the opening slightly just putting my head through. I ordered a XXL for a 56" chest and barely able to squeeze on. Recommend one size larger for weight lifters or gymnasts or a little chubby. Not recommended for very overweight. If you are thin or avg and not too big through the chest, it should be true to size. Quality is good to excellent for a costume but not comfortable for an everyday feeling.

This was a very good Value product. The look of the uniform is consistent with the Star Trek Reboot world and the Badge/insignia was a pin on that came with the uniform so it can be removed for washing. Also the quality of the material was Very Good! I wore it all day long at a Comic-con in Spokane WA and felt great all day long... Beam these up! there a great deal

I took other reviews about sizing being a lot smaller into consideration and got an XL when I normally wear a M. That works. So order two sizes up. The sleeve is a bit short but overall I like it for the price. The pin has some scratches but whatever, too lazy to exchange. The materials are expected for the price.

Wore this for a local comic-con. Looks good, fits well. Only complaint - and not really a complaint, just an observation - the neck hole is kinda small. You do have to be careful when you put it on so you won't tear it.Wore it all day with no undershirt. Didn't itch, no smell to it either.Can recommend.

Just rec'd it and tried it on. As others have mentioned, the neck hole is VERY tight, so go slowly. I could hear a couple threads snapping as I put it on and took it off. Once it's on, the neck feels fine and not constricted. I am 5' 10" and slim build and the Medium is a perfect fit. If anything, it might be a little smaller/tighter than clothes I normally wear, but for one night/Halloween, it's fine. Sleeve length is right at my wrists and fit is somewhat fitted and not loose.

Excellent version of the Trek shirt.
