I bought the hydrogen due to received recommendations and I am glad that it was a good decision. Everybody has a different organism, I have been a vegan for many years and I see the hydrogen works fast on me. I can sleep better and feel stronger just after a week.

I have only taken 2 tables so far, and I already feel the difference—more energy, breathing better, more mental focus.

A bit of a faff to use - and who knows if it does what it says it does!!

Not sure what the benefits of these are but I take one each day after exercise and before I eat which is generally a few hours later and I always feel claim and relaxed and seems to reduce any after exercise ache

Reason for taking: advanced chronic daily osteoarthritis in joints & for insomnia & energy/mood. For these aspects yes it worked wonders & I was amazed to be without pain & have better sleep/energy!! I took 1x daily for 6x weeks. However, since stopping these 6x weeks ago I have daily swelling up of random areas together with severe itchy skin rashes & bumps in areas such as: lips, numb gums, armpits itchy rash, legs/ankles/wrists/groin itchy rashes usually at night & then by the next morning they are gone until the next evening. Apparently hydrogen works on a very deep cellular level which is good but not if you get a reaction to it, im struggling still 6x weeks after to get it out of my body, if it will go that is!? It can stay in deep tissues & cells for a long time. The swollen areas & itchy rashes/bumps are awful, very itchy & unsightly too, there also may be an adverse reaction to amalgam fillings plus if you produce too much natural histamine also which these 2x will then lead to a chemical sensitivity!? I wish it would have came with possible side effects but it did not. Im still battling these reactions, so I just dont want anyone else to get this reaction, as i can tell you its pretty bad as you dont know what part of the body will swell up & flare up with skin issues. Such a shame because i finally found a product that helps with pain & inflammation & sleep & energy, but at the cost of these horrible side effects. If anyone has had similar issues, please message back on this review & if anyone knows how to get this hydrogen out of my body please advise.

A friend gave me some different H2 tablets by various brands. My experience is that the DR Mercola's tablets are better for me and notice a clear difference in energy within minutes of taking the tablet. They dissolve in a bit of water. I have only taken one a day and felt a big difference. So this is the brand I am buying from now on. A bit expensive but a big difference in Vavavoum

Tablets would not desolve. I tried to have these replaced but to no avail !!!!!!

Not sure if this product works frankly - just drinking water with salts in is probably the most important thing I do to be properly hydrated. WHY has this product jumped in price from £40+ to £60+ in a matter of a couple of months. NO reason that I can fathom. Suggests a rip off... Mercola is being pilloried by banks etc so many he needs more money to fight back???

Can be used anywhere and quickly. No machines required and does what it promises.

While it can be hard to tell supplements apart when using several at once, I do feel a noticeable difference when not using this. You see a remarkable amount of hydrogen being produced within just a minute. The last off brand that I purchased took five minutes and did not produce a quarter of what this does. Yes you do pay a little more, but the difference in quality is massive. It comes in a darkened glass bottle. I read some reviews complain about time, but that hasn't been my experience. To me, they dissolve extremely fast, and doesn't interfere when you need it at work; it immediately dissolves. It gives your body the physical recovery, and mental clarity. As the science of it is ever evolving, and as products are flooding the market, this is my go to. As someone who don't always got a lot of money, I need to find a good medium to achieve maximum quality with value. I did a lot of homework on hydrogen water. I bought a cheap centrifuge thingy and it stopped working within a few weeks even. But this is a trusted product in an extensive search for me. I first bought the 30 count to see, and ended up as a repeat customer who bought the 90 ct, an even better value. For me this is this is where value and quality.
