Perfect for someone needing an extra screen on the go! It was easy to set up, it turned right on after plugging it into my laptop (there is no power unless it’s plugged in, I didn’t realize this when purchasing, which is fine, but just making others aware). The monitor has a nice, crisp image. I would say the price for the product is very reasonable and worth it. Comes with all of the plug options that fit my laptop so no extra adapters were necessary. I just wish I had bought it sooner!

I am loving the product so far. It was easy to setup and connect and I tried it with an older laptop (using HDMI connection) and a newer model (using USB-C connection). Both worked very smoothly. I also liked the full cover which protects well and is still very lightweight and portable, which is great since I intend to use it when I travel for work. The monitor quality is also very good and it certainly boosted my productivity. So far it seems to have been great value given the cost.

I need to have my multiple screens — including when I travel. This is a game changer. Setup could not be easier, it’s so handy that the connecting cable also powers the monitor, and the picture is fantastic. Very happy with my purchase! It works GREAT, the screen quality is very good, and is extremely portable. Have been using it for over 6 months now and had had ZERO issues! I pair it with my MacBook Pro and have had ZERO connection problems. Really love the purchase and it works GREAT on the go for my needs. I work remotely and have an awesome dual-monitor set up at home. Sometimes I have to travel and needed an affordably priced external monitor so I can continue to work with dual monitors on the go. After researching options, I found this monitor was the right size; 15.6 inches (a little larger than my laptop screen) and had all the needed cables and a protective cover. While the reviews were mainly good, I was concerned with a few that mentioned they had trouble with set-up issues or the screen going black or flickering. But I decided to order it anyway and give it a try. I’m glad I did! Everything listed in the description was included in the box. It also addressed issues that people mentioned they had trouble with and to contact them directly for assistance if they couldn’t resolve them. I appreciated the clear instructions for technical support, complete with email address and phone number contact details. Fortunately, the set up was great! I plugged in the USB-C to USB-C connection cable, hit the power button and a few seconds later the monitor turned on. The display is vibrant and matches the quality of my Dell laptop screen. So far, I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing a reliable travel monitor.

I bought this portable monitor to use along with an adjustable tablet stand in bed. I have been using it with a tablet but wanted something I could use for gaming as well so I chose this portable monitor. Unfortunately there aren't really any good TVs in this size but this offers what I would need from a TV. Packaging: Includes a carrying case, two USB type C cables, and an HDMI cable. Pretty good, that should be everything you need. A paper insert offers to send you a mini DP to HDMI cable for free which is great for those who need it, but I don't. Image quality: I'd say it's pretty on par with a "decent" laptop display. Image quality is quite good in static scenes but tends to blur in motion. Response times isn't noticeably slow. Viewing angles are good. Brightness is a bit on the weak side but should be good for my needs and for general indoor use. Supports FreeSync but I had to manually turn it on in the On-Screen Display. Speakers: Not great. They'll do in a pinch but they're not the quality and volume you'd want to see in a media consumption device. Thankfully there's a 3.5mm jack so you can use your own speakers/headphones. Inputs: Two USB-C and one HDMI. The USB-C are easy to use as the TV can be powered through either and receive a display signal through either. I found my Samsung Galaxy Fold6 could not drive the display at full brightness but the monitor adjusted itself to 10% brightness where it had no issue. I could increase the brightness above the 10% but around 15% the signal would drop; I think this is probably my phone not supplying enough power rather than an issue with the monitor. Gaming: I tried this with my laptop. No issues aside from the aforementioned weak audio and motion blur. It's usable, but not ideal. Build quality: This monitor shines in build quality; it feels really solid and well put together with its metal chassis. No complaints there. Overall if I had to buy a portable monitor again, I would save my money and go for a cheaper one because for my use case I don't think paying 2-3x for this one is worth it. However, I think if I were to be using it for office purposes, the size, build quality, flexibility, and especially 16:10 aspect ratio would be enough to convince me to go for this one. If this were advertised as a TV, I might give it 3 stars but as a monitor there are no big failures here - certainly improvements to be made but overall a solid package.

As I am still mostly working from home, and I have an existing stand monitor, the primary purpose of getting this portable monitor is to provide additional screen real estate for days where I have to go to the office or cafe with my laptop. Otherwise, it will act as my third screen when wfh. Hence my main criteria are 1. compatibility to both my PC and Macbook 2. ease of travel, max of one power supply for BOTH my computer and monitor I'll start with the good stuff first: - delivery was fast, shipped from US to SG within 7 days - great packaging, the box came a little dented but everything else is in perfect condition. the monitor feels well-built and of premium quality - at 650g, it weighs lighter than my laptop which is great for portability. very slim - at 15.6 inches, the screen real estate definitely values add. the image quality is crisp - the magnetic sleeve acts as both protective cover and stand. Does not feel flimsy at all. it is detachable as well - no need to download a software driver, which is great for work laptops. connection to various devices is quite fast. idiot-proof to set up, and the screen is very responsive as well - as my laptop is already hooked up to my stand monitor - the user manual is very clear in instructions, but cos setting up of the monitor is quite intuitive there is not much need to refer to it. NOTE: the user manual is a bit hidden i only found it when it somehow fell out of the box. - brightness is adjustable, i work by the window with natural sunlight and the contents show up well on screen A few unexpected minor drawbacks, but I'm not too fussed about these: - once connected to my laptop, the audio automatically switch to play on the monitor (where volume is significantly softer) - the free screen protector sticker is a nice touch but super challenging to paste without air bubbles. I just live with the transparent bumps Things to know before you buy: - no built-in battery means that when connected to handheld devices (ie phones/Nintendo switch) would need another cable to power supply - it is not touch screen, which is fine as that is not my main criteria, so when connected to a USB-C phone in DESKTOP mode it is a little inconvenient as the navigation on phone is visually different from what you see on the screen - USB-A to USB-C cannot be used for video transmission, so its just for charging to the main device or power outlet - some USB-C ports in devices like Surface Pro, OnePlus 6 doesn't support video output. best to check your phones to manage expectation - there is 3 years warranty; to register just email the customer service with Amazon order ID (tho not 100% sure the process will be like for non-US residents) You will need adapters for the following (however if you email the company they will ship to you for free): > old MacBook version with thunderbolt port( mini DisplayPort to HDMI) > any iphone - very prompt email reply by the customer service. bonus free upgraded accessory! Some thoughts: - in general portable monitors are about $100ish more expensive than stand monitors, with smaller screen real estate a tradeoff for its portability. hence was considering to buy either the (i) cheapest model on Amazon (ii) unknown brands from local ecommerce (iii) directly from China Taobao/Aliexpress or (iv) local second-hand. In the end was convinced by the great reviews here and decided to pay a bit more for this one. Highly recommended!

Fantastic monitor for on the go! I work remotely and and use this monitor for working while I travel. I connect the USB-C cable from my Mac to the monitor which provides power and also transfers image, which makes this monitor incredibly versatile. Would highly recommend

No estaba seguro de un monitor portátil, pero este monitor supero mis expectativas. La calidad del vídeo es muy buena, es muy portable, su diseño y acabados son elegantes, tiene un brillo suficiente incluso en espacios al aire libre soleados. Usando el cable USB tipo C no requiere de ningún otro cable (le da vídeo, audio y energía). Muy útil y muy práctico!
