The thing that has put me off reusable cups in the past is the plastically or metallic aftertaste that infuses the coffee. This cup has none of that. Add to that, it's the perfect size for a flat white, has excellent insulation (the coffee stays hot for ages) and is an eco-friendly product, what's not to like? Not had any leak problems like other reviewers. Fantastic product.

Sippy bit slightly different than what I’m used to but easy enough and functions well, overall a superb cup, having come to this from a KeepCup I’m very happy 🙌🏼

Great mug, very sturdy, easy and comfortable to use. I wouldn't suggest carrying it too far. The lid fits tightly but isn't leakproof. Good if you're going to a well known Café, because you often get money off our other rewards for using a reusable mug. Fairly expensive but good that it's totally eco-friendly.

Nice cup, but for the price I’m disappointed… the lid pops off causing leaking when drinking. As shown in the picture this is how the kid ends up after 2 minutes.. really annoying and unusable. Tried everything to stop this happening but it’s clearly a design fault
