Please read the label. There is no false advertisement. One needs to understand how potassium supplements work and the difference between total potassium and elemental potassium. Almost 300 mg of elemental potassium made from 800 mg of total potassium is much higher dose than other supplements being sold on internet. These supplements are helping me to replenish potassium because of a water pill I take for my blood pressure. Just what I need. Thank you.

Only take each capsule with 8 oz of water, 30 minutes after eating. They raise pH very high in that water. 11. Better than baking soda. 8. And they don’t affect taste as bad. Safe if you are careful. Wanted to raise my body pH because it was off the chart bad. 5.0 needs to be 7.0. Nothing else was working. Body pH now 6.2 and rising. Very happy with the results. Looking to see 7.0 in a couple of weeks. Be warned they will hurt your stomach if taken without lots of water.

I ordered these specifically because the label and site stated that each capsule contained 22% Daily Value Recommendation and my previous brand was less as well as containing magnesium stearate, so its capsule was larger and less potent. When I received this product I was pleased to see that it was about 1/4 - 1/3 smaller in size but then I read the label and GOT A SURPRISE!!! The label said it was only 8.7% DV. I have two photos attached with this review showing my label and one of the label on this site. I contacted the seller about this and after 3 back-n-forth communications, it was discovered that the label was a MISPRINT and that each capsule really was 22% DV. I appreciated the seller's quickness in getting back to me each time, and their patience with my queries while I made sure that we were both on the "same page" and understanding each other's words. The result was that the product is what I thought I was ordering and have kept it because there is no reason to waste anyone's money. Since I have just begun now using it I can't rate its absorption/benefit for my body, but will if there is any difference after using it for a month.

Just started taking these so it’s too soon to notice any difference but I wanted to comment for those who may believe it’s too strong on the stomach. I take a total of 4 pills a day. Sometimes 2 at a time but mostly 4 at once. What I have noticed is the times I take these on an empty stomach it feels like you have heartburn but it goes away in like 10 minutes. This has happened to me even if I only take 2 at a time. However, after I eat I can take 4 pills at once and feel just fine. My advice, eat a meal before taking these.

Got this supplement after reading into sodium bicarbonate on wikipedia and one of the sections on bebefits read about a study that proved potassium bicarbonate can help increase bone density. I shattered my L1 and have a spinal cord injury and thought this would help. Feeling good since starting to take it just make sure to take after eating. I take it a little while after dinner since it can be heavy on the stomach amd mine is sensitive. I think its because it helps neutralize acid in the body which helps reducing your risk of cancer.

I ordered this product because I was doing a water fast and needed to get my electrolytes from somewhere. The first two days of taking them I noticed a chalky ring around my mouth. And a strong fecal odor and my fecal discharge was massive. I was not used to this. Also I had gas too. A lot. I was asked to leave work one day. This was prior to going on my fast. Could have been the hardboiled eggs I was eating too. Anyway when I started my fast all those symptoms went away. But then someone said potassium can stop your heart. I don't know though... Also don't let it dissolve while still in your mouth. It doesn't taste pleasant... overall I am pretty satisfied and would recommend it ...

I have often had leg cramps over the years and have used some calcium supplements in the past and they've all only had a small daily % of calcium per dose. These have a higher % and they seem to help prevent my leg craps much better than any others I have used in the past.
