Doesn’t taste bad. Easy to carry on trips or in your purse or briefcase heading to office. I’ve skipping taking the product here and there but still saw results. Little pricy since individually wrapped. Give it a try!

I think this product is gluten free, so that's definitely a plus. Blends will with juice.

Measured quantities of a natural fibre drink. You add the powder to water, drink it up quickly, tastes good. We found it much better than other fibre drinks, our daughter takes it and it really helps her constipation, well worth the shipping.

causes a bit of gas which previous batches didn't ; might be using a different fibre type... sure do like the convenience of the packets over a jar since when traveling the security folks do not like the large jars

I’ve been using these for years since my accident because I’m on pain meds which slow my system and fybogel has been the best and most natural way to keep things moving. The last thing you want is to take more medicine so I’m very happy with these natural sachets. They’re small to carry in my purse and easy to use. The only down side is they’re a little pricey.
