Replacment
This product was returned (picked up by Amazon in 31st May) due to manufacturing defect. I have still not got any confirmation on shipment of replacement. I have already sent photos and discussed the matter with manufacturer

Broken ladder
The ladder has been Broken for the second time use only. Can you fix this plz... Im train to reach the watsapp customer care number provided the message doesn't get delivered and also the phone has been switched off

Poor Built quality
Seriously upset by the built quality of the aluminium, ladder which I received is partly damaged. One lacing strip doesn’t fixed with nut bolt, due to which it hang all the time.Damaged piece received.
