Kaiterra Laser Egg: Indoor Air Quality Monitor (Tracks PM2.5, Fine Dust, Temperature, and Humidity)

Bought in the UK but we live in a highly polluted Asia capital city. This product has been life changing, and possibly life saving. Highly accurate and reliable. Brilliant.

The product is very good. My only complaint is one about its design. It is portable theoretically, but it is very difficult to carry safely. Its shape is such, and it doesn't have anything for holding. Because of its smooth tapering shape one can't even attach something to it. Perhaps the designers will do something about it!

I bought it as I got very sick due to pollution in November 2019 in Delhi, and this took showed strikingly different figures comparing to my air purifiers that shows the air index of the rooms in my house. The Kiterra showed much higher index than my air purifiers (honeywell, Philipps), however i ignore which one' s fiture was accurate one.Then since end of JAnuary, it stopped working, i think the contact of the battery is not good hence the tool can not be charged, This is awfully expensive one comparing to others, and also inconvenient as the shape if roudish, but especially it worked for two months!!!!

I had the same experience as that of various other buyers for whom the product stopped working after a few months of use due to a fault with the charger. Kaiterra & CloudTail have both been unresponsive so far. Amazon customer care cannot help in any way either. It’s a sad state of affairs when such expensive products give so much trouble and that too without a resolution.
