Stopped Working Within a Month – Poor Service Worst After-Sales Support Defective Product
Subject: Complaint – ACTIVA LPG Water Heater (Model B06) Purchased on 21st December. The geyser stopped working within a month. Complaint was raised on 21st January, but till 9th February no resolution. The company is asking the customer to uninstall, ship, and reinstall the product at their own cost. Very disappointing service and poor customer support. Not recommended.
