Amazing upgrade for a low price
Installed nice n easy, I did have to transfer the rubber seal but was expected due to reading reviews. Super happy with seller as after a short amount of time being installed the drivers side developed cracks, I contacted the seller and they shipped me a fresh one, returned the defective one and all is well.All in all, the rear of the car looks amazing with these new rear lights, next up headlight replacement!

Nice
The turn signal socket that came with it sucked made out of cheap metal. Use stock socket and got amber bulbs for it. But the tail lights look awesome on my 99 beetle

Cheap Junk!
Absolute junk! I started a return the same day I received the package. Was given a refund and told to keep the lights! Guess they didn't want them either?

They were better quality then I was expecting. These 2 were cheaper then one original taillight for this beetle.

Light socket defective
The light socket that comes with these are very cheaply made. Mine shorted out and blew the fuse in the car.

Amazon is Wrong
The Stop Lights for a Volkswagen 1998-2005 are perfect, you can install them with of without the rubber ones and both installation fit the car, they look beautiful.
