Grade Book
I had to return the first one ordered due to being damaged, the second one arrived almost immediately in perfect condition. It is perfect for keeping a hard copy of grades, contact information, and other data. Even though we are in the digital age, I like to keep a hard copy for a quick reference. This is perfect for this! Very pleased with the product!

Good, but minor details that I miss from the 6 week one.
I moved to a new district this year and they are on an accelerated block (18 week course, 9 week semesters) I have taught for 10 years and have used ELAN every year, previously the 6 week version which was perfect. This one is not as good. First I miss the extra column after Friday, which I often used for extra grade that week. Also there is no shaded break between every 5th name, so I have to be careful going along the row, so I find myself using pencil more. Since I teach 3 courses during the day and only use two sections for those students, I had to carefully plan using this to allow for a new set of students in January. There were no handy partitions for that use. Of course ELAN cannot tailor, I believe this is the only school district in Texas that uses accelerated block. I only have three years left before I retire so I plan on using this product. I know some don't keep hard copies of attendance and grades, or print out excel sheets, but this is just too handy. Strongly recommend if on a 9 week, I can live with the shortcomings.

Teacher Proven!
I have ordered this grade book every year for several years. The only issue I have is the durability of the binding. About halfway into the year, I have to put duct tape strips on the binding to hold it because the cover material can't handle the amount of use I put it through. The perforations on the end of the page have to be taped after a while, too because they rip. (That is why I only gave that part 3 stars) Obviously, it is a minor issue since I have continued to order it. Highly recommend it, just be prepared to reinforce those areas mentioned in the beginning.

Works for a grade book
I like to have a hard copy grade book for college classes. It works for multiple semesters. Easy to read and use.

Good Quality
It has enough room to write names and scores. You can erase pencil marks without tearing. Best of all fradebooks I have used over the past 25 years.

Happy Teacher
I just got this today and already in love with it. Nice calendar as well as lesson planning. I purchased this along with the large grid record book. Tiny squares are horrid in most of these. However, these are large enough that you can wrote comfortably and even read it later. My principal laughed when he first saw me using these but quickly realized this was why I am never late on paperwork and can keep track of the 101 thousand things that occur daily at school. Bravo to this product. I teach 3rd grade and I am a department head so I need the clarification that these books provide. I also love the attendance tracking. This year a student missed 43 days of school. None of these days was excused. The school computer showed her having missed 13 because someone dropped the ball. My excellent records were my proof of why the child might fail a standardized test. It works, as much as I love my computer these records are mine and they are unrefutable.

Easy to use.
Excellent set up- easy to use. Easy to read with fairly large boxes. Sturdy book. I just wish the section for the names was perforated because my courses are two nine weeks sections. I don’t want to write their names twice.
