I've ordered those shorts for My ( nearly) 9 years old daughter, who's quite tall yet slim. I took size 9-11 and they arrived promptly and are nice quality but unfortunately are far too small :( Amazon were really kind to offer me a refund so I could order the larger size -12-14 so I did again, lovely quality but the size difference between these 2 pairs is minuscule. I can't believe any healthy looking 13 -14 years old would be able to put them on. I'm my opinion it's a Lovely product, quite pricey but very small sizes plus misleading sizing.

We ordered this and it arrived 2 days later...very fast! I wasn't expecting it till I'm a couple of weeks. We have tried it on for size but haven't worn it for gymnastics yet. We will see how it holds up with the gymnastics rigours and a wash.But in the meantime, it is absolutely beautiful. It is soft...very stylish. Love the font of the crystals on the shorts. My daughter's name was spelt accurately. Name was given in capital letters but it wasn't crystalled in capital letters...it still looks amazing and a lot better in small letters, I think. My daughter is an average 9 yrs old size..on the 50th centile for height and weight. Her tops and dresses are size 9yrs, her shorts and knickers are usually size 10 -12yrs. So after reading other reviews, I ordered a size 9 - 11yrs. It fits great.I really love these shorts. My daughter too. Now just have to get one for her younger sister who now wants her own!

Purchased for a 10 year old gymnast, and liked. However, I thought these were expensive for what they were (but the crystals are probably stuck on by hand); some crystals were slightly "wonky" in the name; and I am sure these won't wash without most of the crystals coming off. Probably good for wearing once or twice I reckon - therefore expensive! Time will tell.

Ordered these for my 6 yr old daughter from CrystalsRus and she loves them. The velvet material is great quality and even has sparkles on the front as well!The size is good just about stay up and a little loose round the legs but she is a very small 6yr old and it means she will get plenty or wear and growing space while leaping around!Arrived very quick and packaged well, inside the box was a lovely clear zipped bag with the shorts in.

Beautiful quality. Stretchy so will last a nice long time. I bought 9-11 for my just-turned-nine, reasonably skinny daughter. Good communication from the company when I wasn’t sure if my daughter’s long name would fit!

Fantastic, ordered a pair of these very close to Xmas and didn't expect them until after, but these little beauties arrived within 2 days. Excellent quality and fit, couldn't be happier. I ordered 9-11 for a petite 10 year old and they fit great, so all-round perfect in every way.

I'm not a medium sized 14 year old girl called Isabel and I don't do gymnastics, other than when I fall over on ice. I didn't try these for size but I'm confident that, stretchy as they are, they wouldn't fit my non-child-bearing hips.Luckily, my niece Isabel thinks they're great.
