These are a great garnish for deviled eggs and salads. I keep forgetting to use them.

These threads are my secret weapon! I use them on my special sushi rolls. They don’t have a lot of flavor, but they have that “it” factor and they elevate the presentation. Highly recommended.

I always wanted to try these so I bought them for a fancy dinner party I catered. I was surprised that they weren't spicy at all, but instead a little smokey. Still worked for my dish. Also this quantity is practically a lifetime supply!

The first time I saw red chili threads was in a fancy bar as a cocktail garnish! Then at a Ramen place, garnishing cucumbers, karaage chicken and more.Glad I found these online. I repackaged them in a jar to keeping them fresh longer. I try to use them instead of red chili flakes to make any dish more interesting visually.

This chili thread has hardly any flavor, and definitely no heat. Maybe a slight smoky taste. I'm don't know if it's not actually made from chili peppers or if it's just stale. Will be pretty to use as a garrnish to finish a soup or rice dish.

I recently came across this product on a cruise in Baja. The chef was very talented and creative and used these chili threads to both flavor and dress up a couple of dishes. They add a bit of savory red pepper spice (but not too heavy) and a splash of color to a dish, especially a bland-looking green or yellow prep). Some call them chili grass, but they are actually very thin slices of red pepper. Delivery was quick and one package will dress up a load of dishes.
