Delicious gluten-free stuffing
We eat almost completely gluten free in our house and have used this stuffing for years. We add our own seasoning to spice it up a bit. Great product!!

Very Good! Does Require *some* additional ingredients... check prior to Thanksgiving!
This has been consumed with delight by all our guests who never guessed it was "gluten-free".It does require onion, celery, broth - be sure to check the instructions prior to planning to serve so you have everything needed on hand.

It is expensive, but you totally get what you pay for!
It is expensive, yes. I almost didn't buy it because of the price. However, that would have been a HUGE mistake. This stuff is so good, I like it better than any other stuffing I've ever had, including the ones with gluten (I wasn't diagnosed with Celiac until I was in my mid-20s, and before that I had become quite the stuffing connoisseur). This is excellent. And it is WAY easy to make. Five stars for flavor, five stars for convenience. Ten stars total. I love it. Thanksgiving was two days ago and I haven't even touched the other leftovers (which are all also delicious) because I'm too busy finishing off this stuffing. And then I'm going to make more.Tip: I used three times the amount of broth required over the course of cooking. While I wouldn't add quite that much next time, it does need at least double, even if you want the crusty top. I mean, if you like your stuffing on the dry side so it can absorb a lot of gravy, then you might be ok. However, Bobby Flay (who I find annoying but who does have some good advice) said that no matter what, keep adding stock to your stuffing, because you will never add enough-- and he was talking about regular bread, so I felt like that rule would apply even more so to GF. So yeah-- I would mix it as it says to, but then add at least another couple cups of broth as it cooks.

Not great
We got this in place of our usual favorite gf stuffing and we were not impressed. It's not very flavorful and the croutons fall apart completely during the baking process.

Mmm, stuffing!
In the celiac world, we stay away from all things wheat, barley and rye. One of the things I miss from pre-diagnosis days is those easily-made boxed stuffing mixes. Yes, I can made one the old-fashioned way, but sometimes, you want stuffing more than the effort involved. Aleia's is a good boxed stuffing mix. We liked it. If you are either a celiac or gluten intolerant, and miss boxed stuffing, I suggest you try this one.

Best stuffing ever!!
Even if you don't have to eat Gluten Free, which I do, it's a wonderful tasting stuffing mix. My husband likes it better than the Pepperidge Farm that I used to use before I had to stop eating Gluten. It's absolutely delicious, especially if you make it like they suggest that you do, sautéing a little celery and onion chopped really fine. I add chopped walnuts and cranberries to it like I used to in my pre gluten free days and it's just a wonderful flavor. I'm glad I found it here because I couldn't find it in the stores for a while and really wanted it for a turkey I was making. It's yummy!
