Love!
Matches the color of my hair perfectly. Easy to curl wash and dry. Looks and feels like real hair.

Waste of money, and damaged my hair.
These things are so extremely thin, and they shed! There are whole pieces that just fell out before I even used them. The hairs are glued together into a sort of "plug" and those were just dropping. Not to mention the glue being on some of the hair father down the length. They color Ash IS very pretty, and an EXACT match for my long virgin hair, which is why I am so extremely upset and disappointed with these. I did buy two packages as all the reviews said to, in both the 14" and 16" to just give it a bit of a bump in thickness and length at the ends. Nothing drastic. But, these are very uneven in their hair distribution as well as their thinness. There are areas that have barely ANY hair compared to two inches down on the same strip, or having 3x the hair on one end of the strip than the other, leaving one end looking whispy, and the other end having a blunt cut to match the length. Like, huh? Why?I found that they were extremely uncomfortable to wear if you want any sort of a "real" look (having that many clips on your head is not the lightest or most comfortable feeling). They not only gave me a headache but...they pulled a ton of my own hair out of my head getting them out. By a ton, I mean probably equal to one of the longest strands of these things, so what's the point? If they're going to be ripping my own hair out just to put the exact same amount as one of them back in, eventually I wouldn't have any hair, and would have to buy a wig!For reference, I take excellent care of my hair, do not dye it, heat style very infrequently, and air dry. I cherish my hair like a baby, and seeing that much come out from just removing these was so extremely distressing.I bought these to use on my upcoming cruise, and now after using them, I am having to go to visit my girl at the salon (who just cut my hair not long ago and remarked on how long and thick it was getting), to fix how uneven my own ends look now.I wrote the company and they offered to refund my money, and compensate me $15 for returning them, or to send me yet another of the 14" set. Why offer to send me another set when both sets I received had the same problem with being thin, with a heavy band...and I'd need at least an 18-20" so that they could be cut to fit in since there is no uniformity to these. To make these functional, you would have to buy much longer than your length as 16" evidently doesn't really mean they are truly 16" (I don't see how having a bunch of half length hair's mixed in with a very little amount of 16" length makes these 16")...then you'd have to remove the clips, sew two together, try to find a way to nullify the bulk of two bands somehow...and find a lighter clip that doesn't damage and pull your hair out. Then, you'd have to still have to take them to your salon and have them cut to match your length and style. That's a lot of work for something that's supposed to be an easier fix than buying them from a salon! In the end, these are costing me more than a refund could ever give, just by using them one time.I am in a bind, and don't know what to do at this point, because I leave for my cruise in a week, and now my own hair is even thinner than it was and uneven looking, and I have nothing to replace these with unless my girl and I can come through with a miracle.I'm pretty upset to be completely honest, and wish I had went with the other brand I had in my cart. I don't have time or energy (being disabled) to deal with all of this right before a cruise, last minute, to try to get a return done and get to the salon that I was just in, and having to pay for it all, when I need to be spending my very guarded energy stores elsewhere, all because I spent money on wanting a bit more of a "look" while cruising.I was hoping for an easy resolution, but after messaging the company, they offered the above resolution, and I wrote them back, but they didn't respond to my second message until I wrote them a third time. They then said that they had written me, and asked if I'd seen their response. Yes, yes I did. Evidently they didn't see my response to their response...and now that is two more days wasted. Spend your money elsewhere.
