Awesome rod and reel
Very impressed with packing and the add ins you get to get out there started... casts a country mile and still light enough for casting jerk baits... and handled this blacktip with ease....

All and all I'm glad i took the chance on it
Haven't had the chance to use it yet but sure seems to be a nice rod and reel combo very easy to change from left to right handed. At this point with out being able to try it out seems to be a very good product. Recommended.

This item did not hold up.
Purchased this rod and reel for a trip. Used this item one time. Fishing in salt water and drag stopped working and the bumper of the handle broke off first day. This should not have happened under the circumstances.

Dr.Fish Saltwater Surf Fishing Rod and Reel Combos Full Kit
Was very pleased with the set. Rod is a great quality product as is the reel. was able to spool with approx. 500' of 30 lb braid. Just waiting for a chance to hit the beach and try it out.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my son and shipped it to Maui, His initial fishing experience was void of fish.disheartened he abandoned the pole and went back to riding his mountain bike. Give a man a fish, you will feed him for a day, buy him fishing gear for Christmas ,he will eat leftovers and go mountain biking.
