I already have a block of Henkels and Wusthof, but wanted to add a Santoku. I have been extremely impressed by this knife. As with others, sharp out of the box, but the edge here is very hard and holds well, even when (i know, I know) cutting directly on my granite counterpoint. Knife is sized nicely, and handle is comfortable in the hand with good balance and feel. The aesthetic of the knife is a nice fun point of personality as well.

This is the 3rd knife I have ordered from this company. Needless to say, I love them! Best knives I've ever gotten! As someone who has worked in kitchens for most of their adult life, I know the value of a good tool. A sharp knife (especially a thinner blade) is powerful! I prefer the 7-inch to the 8-inch because it is much better balanced (with the 8-inch, it feels more likely that I'll injure myself). Sharp, love the look, as well as the feel of the handle. Highly recommend! I've already had friends update their knives by getting them from this company.

Love this knife all around! It’s very sharp and cuts very easily! It’s lightweight so makes the cutting way more precise. I like it because it also has a classy look to it! Cut my potatoes and it cut my time in half.

I purchased this knife in June 2022 and it is January 2023, it has small rust spots in the small decorative indentations on the blade. I am trying to contact the manufacturer, my return in closed. It does fit the hand pretty good, it is a heavy blade, very sharp!

Doesn't seem sharp but... look at the photos of what it can do! I would love a mini one for my girl hands but this is impressive! I need one with a much smaller handle and maybe even a slightly smaller blade.
