CRWON PTH50 Pallet Jack Front Load Wheels Replacement Kit Complete

Fit our pallet jack perfectly!

Our Crown pallet jack was useless. The front load wheels had disintergrated. The new replacement wheel kit turned a pile of scrap metal into a "like new" pallet jack for 10% of the cost of a new unit! Great product!

These appear to be decent wheels to replace the ones that are shot on our jacks at work. I have learned over the years to just buy the axles along with the wheels and bearings because you will most likely have to beat the crap out of the old ones to get them off. These wheels have a bit smaller diameter than the original crown wheels and are a bit narrower but they fit on fine and seem to be working great. It is a cheap and easy fix to make you jacks pull like new again.

These rollers fit like the original rollers on my Crown PTH pallet jack. Easy install, punch out two roll pins per roller and knock out the axel and install the new roller, axel, roll pins in reverse order. The kit comes with everything you need. I did have to widen the mounts and use bolts that were 1/4" longer for the little orange rollers to fit as they were a bit wider than the originals.
