Airport Approved
Worked perfectly to lock up my ice hockey equipment for the airport. TSA did not question me having locks or cut them off. I will be using them again.

Tent lock
Used to lock the zipper on our tent while camping. I know tents can be easily broken into but it helps detour. Also locked up at night while sleeping. Easy to use.

Reliable
Easy to use and perfect for traveling! I also used it for my purse when wandering around Europe.

Basic TSA Locks with no frills
These are just very basic TSA locks. If you are like me and just wanted to grab a couple of really basic ones (as I have most of my important stuff in my carry on, not checked bags) just for that extra feeling of protection, go for it. Last time I traveled I had a piece of jewelry go missing: I'm not accusing anyone of any airline or any airport, it's entirely possible I lost it myself. However, if I had put it in my checked bag with this lock on it, it probably wouldn't have gone missing. The downsides: these are fairly small and so they won't lock up any HUGE luggage or the like. They're also not very sturdy in my opinion, as it seems like if someone tried hard enough they could either rip the lock out by hand or just use a pair of decent wire cutters to plow through it.Also, don't forget: this is a TSA lock! That means that ANY TSA AGENT CAN OPEN IT. This is the PURPOSE OF THESE LOCKS, since TSA agents 'legally' need to be allowed to look in your stuff, and if you don't buy a TSA lock they could cut off whichever one you have on there, leaving it completely sans lock for the entire trip. However, my point is: any TSA agent with the specific key for these locks can open it.So, does this make it less likely people will steal stuff from you? Yes, absolutely. Does it make it impossible? No, because there's still dozens of people working at every airport with the keys to open these. To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if there was a website selling those keys to NON TSA WORKERS in order to facilitate theft more.Ultimately, these locks give you a bit more piece of mind, but when you truly consider their purpose, you realize that while it may make things safer, it also guarantees that anyone with that specific key can open your bag, for ANY REASON, do whatever they want to your stuff, then lock it back up and you would have NO PROOF and no idea that it happened.I think a GREAT IDEA for future TSA locks is to add a COUNTER to the lock to show how many times it has been unlocked since you last looked at it. So, for example, let's say I travel and I had opened my lock once before I sealed my bag with it. The counter would read one. Now, let's say I land and get my bags back and I see the counter is 3: that means that TWO PEOPLE opened my lock since I gave it to the airline. So I truly think adding some sort of unlock counter will help reduce theft even more, because now if something goes missing? You now have verifiable PROOF that your bag was unlocked by a TSA agent, and how many times. So, another example: it's at one open before I travel, and I land and suddenly it reads 12, so it's been opened 11 more times? Why? What went missing? Was it because of something suspicious, or were people stealing?I just think adding a counter would improve both this lock and ALL TSA Locks.Again regarding this lock: it's the most basic TSA lock you could imagine. A small metal cord covered with plastic and a 3 digit combo you can set. I once again want to say that I feel a strong enough person could simply rip this lock right open, or that it could be cut open easily with wire cutters, but hey: it's better than nothing, and at this price for a pack of two? I'll pay the few bucks for slightly better piece of mind.

Perfect TSA Approved Locks for Securing My Gun Case.
These GIVERARE TSA-approved locks are exactly what I needed to secure my TSA combination lockable gun case for my Smith & Wesson M&P 9. The alloy body is strong and durable, and the flexible cable makes it easy to attach to the case. The combination is simple to set and reset, providing a keyless, hassle-free solution. I appreciate the extra layer of security and peace of mind when traveling. Excellent quality and a great value—highly recommend!

Difficult to change the combination the first time and every time.
There is a warning for this item that it is among the most frequently returned. Wish I had seen that. Almost all other locks similar have a change combination button on the bottom that is pushed inward and slid to the side to hold it open. This lock you have to hold that change button the whole time and it is not easy to do. You've been warned.
