I am very satisfiedThe case is sturdy and I like that It will not only protect my phone from hits, but also from dust and water.The case preserves the quality of the pictures at the front and rear camerasIt is light weight, but it definitely adds some volume to the phone, which I consider fine. (Low profile cases will not provide as much protection.The plastic on the finger print reader is very thin but, after one month of use, is working fine.You can leave the power port open to enhance the quality of the sound trough the speaker and the microphone.

👍Protects from water I fell asleep with it in my hand and it was in my bath swirling around no witness seat inside it was not wet at all and it does and prevent them from breaking when you drop your phone. I have had my phone 7 years and continually used these casesExcellent investment please make them in bright colors it's easier to find your phone when you lay it down and lose it😃 thank you✌

I was pleased with the quality of this case until I realized my charging cable male end wouldn't fit to charge my phone through the opening. All the buttons on the sides are perfectly responsive with only the resistance of the rubber material itself. The fingerprint reader works good; Tip is to make sure you clean the reader on your phone and remember to take off the protective shipping material on the case.True water test not yet properly tested, but have high hopes. Wouldn't try and dive/swim with it, though. The only true hole in the case when all ports are sealed is the small hole at the top right (which I believe is the main antenna for calls, etc) But as long as your phone is snug, I don't think it'll leak into the case. I've dropped my phone without this case into the ocean and had to take off the back panel for the phone to completely dry and come out of water detection alert. Staying shallow to merchandise specification depths will probably be fine as I'm assuming water pressure wouldn't overcome the air pressure in the case; Perfectly fine for rain or accidents.[8/28/23] Audio Jack Cover tore offNot sure how this happened. Probably because it wasn't pushed in flush to the case when I put it in my pocket. Guess it's typical with flexible rubber parts.

Works as advertised

...unless you always use Bluetooth headphones..I've used lifeproof cases for 6 years, and would have no problem tossing my old S6 over my shoulder for shock factor when demonstrating my faith in them to friends. After hearing some bad stuff about their newer products I decided to try this Lanheim. Here is what I liked/didn't, and why I'm ordering another Lifeproof case after I write this review:**NOTE: other reviewers state the fingerprint reader and edge functions can't be used with this case...mine both work fine1- It IS waterproof. But so is my S9, and every other phone of this new generation. My main reason for using a tough case is DROP protection.2- Drop protection is good...but not as good as LP or Otter. For 1/4 the price I can live with that3- Initial fitment can be annoying, it's important to follow the instructions and take your time.4- Panel covering the cameras is plastic...just a matter of time before it gets scratched up.5- Sound problems: Why I'm going back to lifeproof. Ringer volume in pocket or purse is decreased by 80%. I normally hear my phone from across the house but now I miss calls when it's in my pocket. I'm on call so not cool. Customers and friends could not hear me, so I ripped out the charge port cover. They still said my voice was muffled, so I removed the rubber inside the case that was apparently covering the mic and drilled a bigger hole there.I also cut out the screen protector which helped immensely with ringer volume...but at this point I have a skeleton of the case I bought 🙃If you are in quiet environments a lot or use Bluetooth headphones/headsets all the time, this is a good buy. If you like to use your phone normally, are often in loud-ish places, or want scratch-resisting glass over your cameras, try something else

While painting a bathroom, I had my cellphone in my hoodie paint. The phone slipped out of my pocket, and feel into a tray of paint. I quickly pulled it out of the tray, cleaned off the paint, and was surprised to see it was fine! The only residual paint is on the strap! Thanks for a real waterproof case!!!

I overall love this product. I Drop my phone a lot and the durability of it is outstanding. There is only one issue and that is the buttons are a little Hard to push. The product is reasonably priced and is affordable. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

It's a simple case, and affords the protection I need for my phone. Screen sensitivity is great, all the buttons work properly. Phone calls are a bit muddled, I typically use my headphones to avoid poor audio for callers. The cable port is too small for standard USB-c cables. You'll need to shave plastic off your cable to make it fit. I typically use a wireless charger, and it perfectly for that.It's a solid simple case. Get it.

Really like this, very high quality and a fair price. Makes the phone like new again

Just bough my 2nd one to replace the one I bought in 2022. I drop my phone at least 5-6 times a day and this case has protected and kept it like new.Only complaint would be that the microphone isn't the clearest when in the case but I use wireless headphones for phone calls most of the time so not too much of an issue

Very durable phone case, charger port cover did manage to get pulled off very shortly after, but i managed to loose it in the snow and run it over with a vehicle to find 30 mins later. Phone is still perfectly fine and so is the case. Just cannot seem to get the case off to clean under ocassionally, have to call for assistance
