Good stuff: the print quality is excellent, initial t shirt size was true to size.The rest:Even after a 30 degree wash and air dry the t shirt shrank more than any cheap shirt I've had, doesn't stretch back out to size, and is about 3/4 as thick as a normal t shirt.Great for wearing once, or perhaps if you have no intention of washing it.Bought it at an adults medium, will not fit my 9 year old son.

Bought this as an Xmas present for my husband due to him going to strong man shows plus he a power lifter himself he loves T-shirt’s with people he looks up too he loves it and fits nice washes nice haven’t tried it in tumbler though as I wouldn’t want the motif on front cracking but is a brilliant buy for fans

Wore this to the gym and suddenly had a horde of people around me watching me lift. This T-shirt really does work, you’ll become the hero of the gym....Seriously though this is not bad for the price, t-shirt feels a good quality, print is nice and clear and washes well.

Ordered in medium the quality is good the print is good and the fit is fine! But beware if you prefer (or Need) a longer t-shirt this might be touch and go for you. Especially after a few washes. But for the price it really is superb.

Great fun t-shirt and fits really well... Until washed that is.After one 30c wash the t-shirt shrank. It's now very short and barely covers my stomach. Now it's more like one of those 80's Belly tops. Shame as the design is fantastic!

I bought this t-shirt for a friend and no word of a lie, his effort in the gym jumped 100% I don't know if that is praise for the t-shirt or damning condemnation of his effort to date.In all seriousness, this is a good quality t-shirt that has been through a few "vigorous" workouts and come out the other side in excellent condition.The stitching is sound and print is clear and solid and the colour held through the wash.

I already bought this for 3 friends who live overseas after each of them noticed the other one using it. I bought it because I saw a colleague at the gym using it. They all love the design, and who can blame them? It is funny, unusual and is not for sale where they live. Turns out it has been a great gift.

Clearly designed for people who don't bench bruh.Buy the biggest size possible and probably go on a cut before wearing it. Cool design though.Skin tight. Get to the chopper.
