At first when you put it on it really does not want to adhere to the skin, for two you have to replace the batteries quite often, and for three really not too bad for the price expected for as cheap as it is though... Definitely notice it work in the muscle though even though it barely adhered.. Looking forward to see the results in the end I will make it work though... Gives me something to do fun product to have.. I learned though what one product works for somebody doesn’t always work for everybody but some people it does work for... All in all pretty good product

This is worth it's salt. I have had it for less than two weeks and I have noticed a substantial improvement in my core strength. I found it helpful to use it in unison with compression shirts that keep the patches on much more effortlessly even when the patches don't want to stick like they once did. I have been hesitant to try any at home technological method of toning my body, as I am a believer in old school hard work. I was pleasantly surprised after taking the plunge and purchasing the ‘Abs Stimulator’. You simply stick it on your body, turn it on, and, through electro-magnetic sensors, you can really feel the pull! The device allows you to increase up to about 22 levels. I was feeling it work anywhere from level 8-10. It would depend on what you are trying to accomplish and how strong your threshold is. I would definitely recommend this product!

I had to replace the gel stickers straight from the box. Even then, the replaceable gel stickers don't last long. It doesn't stick well to the body at all. I've tried using new batteries each time I use it, and I can barely feel the electricity. The tens unit is much more strong. I've been using this device for over 2 weeks straight and I don't notice any difference. I have hEDS and bought this device hoping it would help stimulate the muscles since I can't feel them. The instructions say to go slow the first time because you will be sore. I used it on full power at the highest level and still have never felt sore or anything. I do not recommend.

This was terrible. I did not feel anything but slight vibrate from the ab stimulator. Maybe mine was defective. Also the pads did not and would not stick. Even used the replacement and nothing.As for the small ones... all the programs do the same thing. It does not stimulate too much. It moreso pinches your skin and those pads do not stick as well.I am very unhappy with this item and will not suggest anyone to reorder. I currently have the old slenderrine belt and it still works great. So I decided to go back to that.I'm not going to decide to send it back because I used it and the pads. I have to consider this a TOTAL LOSS. Which I am not happy with. 😡

I love this product for the first couple of days. After multiple use the pads needed it to be replace. I tried and could not make them to stick. I replaced the batteries but it never work the same.

The stimulators for your thighs and shoulders are great and provide a good amount of force. The abs is practically useless. I thought that the abs stimulator wasn't strong enough bc my stomach isn't completely flat so I gave up on trhing it because I felt like it was doing nothing and then i used one of the thigh stimulators on my abs and the force was so much greater! Maybe something in the abs stimulator is defective or something...

These are very easy to use, it’s not a thick material, and it’s pretty comfortable to wear around. The only thing is that it doesn’t work your muscles as well as others I’ve had, but it’s to be expected with something that takes regular batteries.
