I got two of these, with an assortment of other bone healthy vitamins (vitamin d3+ k2, L-Lysine, B Complex, and Boron) to help me recover faster from breaking my 5th metatarsal bone on my right foot. I'm 28F, on the much heavier side, but very active, and just had a whoopsy rolling roughly on my ankle trying to run for the bus lol.Have been taking them for almost 3 weeks and have to say my foot is feeling a lot better. Swelling has gone down from looking like a literal ham hock. It's not painful to even wiggle my pinky toe anymore. I'm not saying this is some miracle pill and maybe it's the combination of other vitamins I've been taking but I want to believe this is the ring leader in my recovery. I take between two or three a day. It's easy to swallow. Taste is terrible but that's to be expected. And I've no side effects either. It also seems to be helping with joint pain too from not walking as much as I have. So THAT'S a blessing! Even my orthopedic said he would've highly suggested this for bone recovery if I hadn't done my research before visiting him, so that says something about how great this is!

I'm in my 40's now, and finding health & wellness supplements has become a new norm for me. I live in Colorado and the weather changes can be brutal on your joints. I take Cissus intermittently, mostly for stomach protection prior to taking nsaids. Usually, I'll use bulk powder, but capsules are a lot more convenient. And, these are quite concentrated, compared to the bulk powder I'd been using. Like them quite a lot, actually.

I can tell that it is working from the inside out. What mean by that is it is working on stubborn fat. My clothes are fitting different and my appetite is not off the charts. I notice that it really work very strongly on visceral fat and fat metabolism in the liver. I have noticed that my liver is functioning better and I don't have a fullness around the upper abdomen area and around the upper small intestine. Like I said, it real jumps on the visceral fat very strongly. I am losing true fat weight and not just the trapped tissue fluids from being fat.

No weight loss yet, but definitely some insomnia. Doesn't do much. Been taking for a few months. Waiting on results.

I have used a Cissus product for 9 years. I started using USP Super Cissus for several years until they stopped making the product several years ago. Since then I have been on a search for a product as good as that brand. I have used several brands over the years and they worked OK but not as well as USP. While looking for a better product I found Toniq's Cissus. It is much stronger than my prior brand. Just by smelling it you can tell it is very potent. The prior brand had no smell and was not working for me anymore. Previously I started having trouble bending over and getting up along with shoulder and leg pains. I exercise about 2 hours per day and I didn't want to give that up. Plus taking Advil is not a good long term solution. Since taking Toniq's Cissus I have gone back to my pain free life. I highly recommend this product.
