This chair is everything it is described to be. Very smooth ride and easy to maneuver if you are familiar with a joystick. It folds easily to fit perfectly in the back of our SUV.The remote control comes in handy when you have to park it away from where you sit. My husband can call it to him when needed.I have talked to our customer service person and he was very courteous. He explained the pairing of the remote for me in no time.We would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

I bought this chair as we cruise often. It is so easy to use, turns on a dime and has plenty of power. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the owner's manual is almost impossible to read.

Love the portability and the fact that the operator can go where they want. Would have preferred solid tiers all the way around, but over all very nice.
