Amazing bang for your buck
The Overall: This mic kit provides incredible value for the money, but the arm and mount are definitely on the cheaper side. But even if you're looking to upgrade down the road, this is an amazing kit and provides a very professional sound setup for $50 (the price fluctuates and is at $60 at the time of this review, but I paid $50).The Good: The value of this kit is amazing. The microphone sounds as good as ~$150 USB mics I've used, and the fact that it comes with a decent shock mount, windscreen, pop filter, XLR cable, and mount arm is incredible value. The Bad: I've had some issues with the mount arm adjustability/stability and it is definitely a cheaper build quality, but that's nitpicking given the price. It also seems like most kits are using the same style of arm, so you're probably getting the same thing in any of the kits that are available. If you want an upgraded arm that is adjustable and stable, check out the Rhode or Knox arms for ~$50-70.The Neutral: You'll need phantom power for the mic to work. This should be obvious if you've seen or used non-USB mics in the past, but just be aware of that when buying this kit. I picked up the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 for my setup, which I highly recommend, but there are cheaper options out there too if you just need a simple audio interface and power supply.

So far, I'm quite impressed. 5th star added.
Then: I bought one to test it out. I haven't gigged with it yet (and we all know that's when we find out "what could possibly go wrong???"), but I have thoroughly "living room" tested it through the same gear (mixer, et al). Very clear sound. Indeed, I was quite surprised. Also, it is extremely sensitive, so much so I hope it is not a problem an outdoor performance situation. I'm going to buy two more. The "4 Stars" is only because I have yet not put it through the full "in action" paces, but so far am very impressed. As is, it is a very good value. Now: another star. Okay - we used three of these for a "musical float" in a Labor Day parade. With proper placement, each microphone handled both a performer's acoustic guitar and vocals very well. (They asked, "where did you get these?) I fully endorse it - was clear, flat response, and performed very, very well. And for the price??? A real winner. I'd buy again in a moment.

Great microphone quality, ok stand
I'm very pleased with the sound quality I'm getting from the microphone. I bought the Uhuru studio condenser and the Tonor condenser at the same time and after testing them side by side I'd say they are both great quality sound components. The Uhuru seems to be more sensitive and picks up more sound while the Tonor provides a clearer, more delicate sound (if that makes sense). I only give this a 4 star review because the stand build quality is not great, it's harder to move into position than the Tonor stand.

Good quality mic for the price
I own a modest home recording studio. I've been using an Audio-Technic AT3035 for both vocals and instrument micing. But it was a small *inconvenience* to pull the mic out, put it in the other stand, set the stand `just right` in front of my monitors.. do the vocals, go back to the amps with it..... I wanted a separate mic so I could leave the instrument. I also wanted it on the convenient gooseneck mount. The stand with the boom was hard to set in just the right spot in front of me, without the stand and all tipping. And then when done, had to move it aside, but still in the way.Thought I'd take a chance on this one. Read reviews by some "professionals", and liked what I read about the mic. Tried it out with some vocals. I have to say that I'm impressed. The quality seems to match my AT3035. There may be slight differences, but for vocals anyway, it passed the test! Nice, sharp, and crisp.I also very much like how I can simply push the mic out of my way when I'm done. And use simple adjustments to put it in front of me and the monitors without blocking my view, but in a convenient location. And the price was right! And for the price, it is a very nice setup. So, I will give this setup an A+++

Totally worth it.
I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this mic! I have experience in audio production, and this mic is on par with big names like Shure. We bought the first one in 2020 during the pandemic for our video podcasting rig. The sound quality and durability of this mic are outstanding. That mic is still in regular service 3 years later. Recently we needed another mic for a new podcasting setup, and we bought another one of these without hesitation. If you need a good vocal mic, this one will serve you well.

Updated: Desk Clamp Broke on FIRST use, but they sent a replacement!
I was really excited to use this mic. I know you get what you pay for...but the reviews led me to believe this was a great deal. The mic sounds nice however the boom arm clamp (the part that attaches the mic to your desk) snapped in two when I used it for the first time. I'm really disappointed. I tried to fix it with gorilla glue because I needed to use it that day. What a letdown. I don't recommend it unless you have a studier boom mic in case the cheap one breaks. The company quickly replaced the broke desk clamp - so added a star for great customer service!

No longer works
Bought the Mic in 2021, rarely used it and kept it in its box in near perfect condition. Worked great then. Plugged it in recently and now I only get static out the left audio channel. It has a limited life span.

Good buy for the price, great for recording podcasts
Not gonna lie these are a steal, you’d think these being cheap would reflect that but no. This microphone is great for beginners and has quality sound. I use this for recording music and podcasts. No complaints here.

Perfect for anyone with an audio interface
Great microphone for the money, quality is amazing considering the price. You WILL NEED an audio interface with XLR input, anyone reading this review should know that they are looking at an XLR mic.I've been using mine for a few months now for gaming and streaming. Works great if paired with Nvidia broadcast or another noise reducing software as this will pick up background noise such as fans or refrigerators. I can't give this enough praise, if you are looking for an XLR mic on the cheap this is the one to buy.Only negative is that the boom is a little tricky to get set correctly. Some of the adjustments feel loose but it is perfectly functional and can definitely be adjusted to work for most setups.Overall once again great value for money and incredible sound quality.

Great deskmount microphone alternative to USB
A real microphone - maybe not ideal for song / vocal recoding - but a great 90 degree directional mic for dialogue or use with gaming / podcasts / zoom/ Skype.Sound is clear and deep.Desk mount is fairly solid and the options pop filter locks to the mic stand easily and has a “goose neck” adjustability to easily place (put it between the sound source and mic, about 4-6” away from actual microphone to eliminate “pops” and strong “T”s and other stray unwanted sounds. The entire apparatus can be “pulled” into place and locked (2 points of adjustment on stand plus microphone orientation and acute angle adjustment.Very easy to setup and use - I can see the hardware lock eventually stripping or not getting as tight as it originally was if tightened / untightened or over torqued too many times, but that’s just the lock knobs on the stand. I only tighten them fully when sure and actually using mic (it will hold position without fully tightening) Stand is only of medium quality, but it is the perfect size and shape and works well enough. If mindful / gentle, this shouldn’t be a problem. As for the microphone, it is a condenser so requires phantom power (supplied through the included XLR cable by device with this feature, often labelled as “48v”). (If you don’t have the ability to supply phantom power, you will need a “dynamic” microphone). The pattern is called “cardioid” (think “heart shaped”) so the approx 90 degree window in front of the microphone, in roughly the shape of each sidebar of a heart, is where the “optimal sound” pickup location is. The brand label / front of the microphone must be facing the direction you are speaking from - sound is great up to 45 degrees in each direction from center, then drops off (mic does what it is supposed to).I don’t know the specs on the cable, but it feels solid and has standard xlr locking metal ends and enough length for anybody desktop setup.I bought this used (it looked brand new) for $44cdn so I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Works great
Highly recommend. Sounds great for the price and comes with everything you need to set it up. An audio interface to power the mic is of course still needed. The boom arm works great along with the shock mount. I use it mostly for discord and zoom so it is definitely overkill for that. I find it to be a nice warm-sounding mic.

Great starter mic (audio interface needed)
This is a great starter mic for the price, especially since it comes with a stand, pop filter and XLR cable. You will need an audio interface for it as it requires 48v phantom power. So far the sound quality has been great as I use it to record voice and stream. I don't think I will reach the limitations of this microphone, which ever they might be.

very good mic, really sad that i returned it.
i had ordered this with a headphone and i had to return it because the headphone wasn't good when it came. this mic was working flawlessly tho! just nice! easy to setup, easy to work with. if you are a streamer or something and need a mic, just get it. i researched a lot to find this and it seems like perfect. it can be a bit in your face when regular gaming to so if you don't like that get a headset mic.
