I have a lot of problems with shoulder pain, and this seemed perfect. I had been looking for something for a while, but, after suffering for days with a bad catch in my shoulder and neck, I purchased this, thinking it would be helpful. It is perfect for what I wanted. I know that ice works best for an injury, but for chronic aches and pains heat is recommended. This lies flat on my shoulder, and the flap in the back goes up my neck, providing relief in just a few minutes. I have found a forever home for it in a bookshelf near my bed, but I know I can grab it and take it to any room of the house any time. It's already such a part of my life I have named it. Mine is Merry. I'm sure we'll be spending lots of time together throughout the upcoming Christmas season.

This is great! Perfect to help with my neck pain AND the ice cold office. So many people have walked by my desk, stopped and marvelled at this little gem. I tell them it's my super hero cape and my super power is staying warm, haha. It comes with a soft storage bag, which makes it easier to tote from work to home & back again but when I can I plan on buying a second so I'll have one for home & one for work. This would make a wonderful gift {Mum, if you're reading this... :)}

Amazing. This feels great. I’ve always used a traditional heating pad for soreness, but I’m never going back. This feels weighted on shoulders which is so cozy. It works best on shoulders but can easily be used on back or stomach. The only thing I don’t like is that the cord got very twisted and I can’t untwist. But otherwise I love it. Feels so good on sore shoulders and neck.

This heating pad doesn’t get super hot but it is great for what I need. There are no hot spots, heat throughout the pad. Four settings and numbers 3 and 4 are perfect for arthritis and muscle pain. Very soothing relief. It is flexible so it can wrap around shoulders, legs etc without part of the pad sticking out and not making contact to your skin. The weight added helps it stay in place. Best heating pad I have ever had.

This is a little expensive but boy does it work great for my neck when it goes out. Helps my upper shoulders also. Recommend this.

I have used this three times. Just went to use it again and it keeps flashing E. Wasted money once again for Amazon

I purchased this product about 7 months ago and after 2 months it stopped working. The E was flashing and would not reset or work. I was within the timeframe for a replacement so I ordered one and returned the broken one. After 5 months, this one has also stopped working. Again, the E starting flashing and won't reset. I loved it when it worked but it didn't work very long. Not worth the money.

Would've given a 5-star, but plug on the front is awkward. Works well
