PME Pink Chocolate Cake Drip, 150 g (Pack of 1)

Worked so well and very easy to use, but it did always stay tacky to the touch, but this helped with the glitter spray as it really stuck to the drip giving a lovely lustre

I am by far a professional baker, but this really helped finish my cake off.The colour was exactly as advertised, and wasn’t ‘milky’ like other brands. Tasted just like a good quality white chocolate.

This poured too thick did not give an even drip, ended up making it myself which defeated the whole point!! Won't be buying again 😡😡😡

The icing itself is a great texture, and tasted quite nice. I was a bit disappointed at how it dripped though due to the nozzle. It has 2 openings so the drip came out at each side which made the drips a little untidy. Didn’t seem to bother my Grandaughter though 😁

I purchased 3 bottles of this white cake drip at a cost of £15.00! It absolutely ruined my cake for my granddaughters 13th Birthday. The "Drip" was translucent and thin, it run to the bottom of the cake and pooled at the base. It doesn't set. Terrible and disappointing product. I wish I had read the negative reviews before buying. I have definitely learned an expensive lesson. There must be so many ruined cakes out there because of this awful product. I shall recommend to my friends NOT to buy.

This is great for adding finishing touches to cakes and truffles etc. But it doesn't set which let's it down a bit. I tend to use it to add a little extra decoration on cakes or chocolate covered strawberries. I'm not sure if the fact it doesn't set would mean it's going to work that well as a drip cake chocolate. I prefer mine to set personally. But I have used an old one of these bottles to add my own melted chocolate for a drip cake after I'd used up the stuff in here. Just because the bottle is great for it.

Easy to use nice flavour.

Flow from tube not consistent spoilt my cake creation with sudden bursts. The choc didn't flow well
