okay, so here's the final review. trust me, i have used it for 2 months and here's the result. taste is good, and this pre work is very powerful. I'll suggest you to use 1 scoop (5g)/day for 1 week. if its suits you, then gor for 2scoops/day. please make it sure, you consume atleast 4/5 hours before bedtime or else it won't let you sleep. okay, now the main thing is, it gives you good pump but only for few hours. but it will increase your energy minimum by 40% which is really very good. last but not thr least, please don't consume more than 3g of creatine because this pre work already contain creatine in it.

I am a regular person to swimming and running and taking pre-workout products for more than 8 years now. My review will be limmited for swimmers and runners only. (2 scoups) 1. Kick lasts for just just 15 minutes. 2. Blackcurrant flavour is a nightmare. 3. If you are trying it for the first time you might face burning sensation in skin. 4. Taking more than 1 scoup (if not going for full schedule excercise) will upset your stomach. 5. You might feel soreness in feet as the product fails to overcome the lactic acid formation in blood. I will not say that the product is bad, but certainly it's not for heavy workout sessions. IF YOU ARE READING THIS THEN AVOID THIS PRODUCT. Take care and happy workout!

A high quality pre workout formula at affordable price. It gives an intensive pump and 300 mg of caffeine and beta alanine gives long lasting energy in the gym.I will rate it 10 out of 10 in terms of taste, value for money and performance. A must buy product.

This was my post on day one of trying this but check post on a few weeks layer below: It tasted funky. I got the blackcurrant flavour but there was some strange bitterness. The powder had these weird bits (maybe blackcurrant seeds?) which were totally coagulated. It looks like its an expired or bad product. The powder touched my lips and my skin was burning like crazy- i saw the same thing happened to someone else in the reviews.. turns out its a reaction to beta alanine. Its supposed to be a harmless nervous response but it was really intense for me- my entire body felt like it had pins and needles. If you are caffeine sensitive, then stay away. Few weeks later- i greatly reduced my dose to see if i had the same side effects and it worked. Then i worked my way up on dose- currently im still below the recommended 1 scoop and it seems to be working great. I suggest that you test this with half a scoop first to check your sensitivity and then increase over time.

A product to go for it! What a great pump and a great energy levels , the caffine content is great but should use it 1 scoop enough , 2 scoops makes your breathe high , beta alaine is a great content in this ! Go for it definetely a great product physcotic pre workout can be compared with this one same energy levels !

I have used a quite a lot of preworkouts and bought all of them from Amazon as I like to change my preworkout every few month so that I don't get used to the same preworkout. So when I saw this one I with a cheaper price of 999 ( most of others will take 300-400 extra for the same amount) I bought it. But everytime I take it it causes me pain in my stomach and instant diarrhoea which I haven't noticed with the other preworkouts ever. So maybe it doesn't suit my body or maybe there is some problem with the formulae, I don't know. but none of the other pre workouts gave me issues. So buy it with caution.
