This and Turn buckles!
sturdy, light, love it. the ramp is a great length and while I have a fairly high hitch still makes it very manageable to load the bike. hitch anti rattle doesnt stop it from moving completely but does stop you from checking every time it jiggles a litte. i also used turnbuckles for the pegs and it really helps with the stability and ease of securing the bike.

Assembles Quickly
This will replace the need for my utility trailer to haul my bike. It assembled quickly & seems sturdy. So far, it's what I was needing for my lightweight dirt bike. Will also use this for my fat tire eBike instead of a bike rack.

vastly improved
Remembering old 'Reviews', I read about this, I was VERY pleasantly surprised to observe that the company has responded to and corrected past criticisms. This carrier seems to have been in production a LONG time (a decade?) and has been refined and improved with time. The carrier step welds are as good as I've seen on aluminum. Hardware is Grade 8.8. The steel post and brackets are nicely painted and coated. This is a proven, strong, lightweight design.I'm relieved (with the 'risk') I took, delighted ... and ` am not paid or connected with 'Black Widow' in any way. I wouldn't hesitate to order another ... or to recommend it to anyone else.

Good Intensions
I don't want a trailer so think this is a good compact design, but with a few exceptions. For the product info it states that it's foldable. It's not foldable unless you purchase theirhinge adapter separately. Why don't they just include that or have the option at check out.I've had several dirt bikes that I tied down in trucks, so this didn't hit me until I first used this. The straps should go outward in front and back @ 45 degrees from the bike. Right. This unit has only1 center point on each side of the platform to strap from. This creating a very narrow angle, as opposed to a wide more stable tie down location.Be careful, use 4 heavy duty ratchet tie downs.

Lightweight, easy to use, nice quality
Very nice lightweight hitch/hauler, easily moved around by one person, spend a little extra money for the longer 6ft ramp...it's worth it for the ease of loading. The hauler could use more tie-down attachment points near each end of the ramp, but those can easily be added yourself. Overall, very happy with it.

Worth the price.
I haven’t used it yet, but I expect it will work well. Seems to be of good build quality. Easy to assemble.

Highly recommend this quality designed and built Carrier.
As previously stated by others the latest fabricated carrier parts are as you would expect and appreciate. The sound welding is as good as you could expect and want for aluminum. I have many years of metal fabrication experience and appreciate good profile and welding technique. All parts were available, and all bolt holes were located exactly where required.I would recommend to the supplier or fabricator to also band the bolt on support scab plates to the main aluminum frame. They were loose and had cut the bolt bag causing parts to be possibly lost.Very happy with the easy assembly and stoutness of the assembly.

Almost Perfect But !
I have a 70 pound e-bike and want to be able to "roll it up the ramp" because of my back issues. My TT can take 250 pounds on the rear end and even though the rack is not rated for a TT I am willing to take the risk, which are basically zero. It has worked perfectly for that as you can see in the photos. But, the rack required two screws to be inserted in the rail and the holes do not come close to lining up. See picture. This is a major issue for a heavy massive product like this, which I may return, but wow. I tried to loosen everything and give it a chance to line up to no avail, it is just either shoddy product build or the customer service agent just can't come up with a solution, I contacted them and they said just rebuild it - uggh. If I was carrying anything other than a bike I would just return it, but maybe it will be fine and maybe I can get a drill and try to mess with it; not my thing. So, the build quality is zero stars at this point, but it was close to five.
